Horrible customer service. No one greets you or speaks to you. Cashiers/Workers stayed on their phones while checking people out. Very rude workers. I will not be returning. I wish I got the name of the worker who checked me out smh.

Terrible place, the bathroom doesn't work and the cashier is a rude young man with no empathy whatsoever. He refused to make me a cheese pizza without giving me any explanation and the oven was working. They should take action against their very rude staff on the afternoon-evening shift on December 28, 2024.

This place has an offer on the wall for a free carwash on your birthday, I asked about this offer and they said no, they give that offer, so it's great (false advertising)!!! How disgusting 🤮

This is the most saddest thing ever, as a río grande valley resident came to visit tampa for family and found this laredo taco and this is the kind of tortilla they made me, not even round or made right for 4.79 a piece got 3 only, all of them look the same, they need to have people that actually know how to make them properly this can end up badly on peoples stomach for people that dont know about tortillas or tacos puts a bad name to our culture!!!

Employee Cashier Tee bad customer service, you need to be professional and not talk to customers like we bother you, if you don’t want to work and do not want to make money don’t come to work stay at Home doing nothing

I come to this 7 eleven almost everyday on my way into work but now after several times of this happening I will not use cash and I suggest no one else does either. Every single time I've paid with cash they claim they are out of pennies. I can see this happening every now and then but not every time. It's one thing just a couple pennies but after several times this adds up. They don't make it right either. No credit towards next purchase nothing so they just pocket it.
