Most definitely, the nasty store i have ever been in.!!! Customer service is horrible. I was called a low life by the cashier. All because I asked for a lid for the drink I was buying. Health department should shut it down.

They change prices of items throughout the day and depending on who’s working! Old stale food on the heat rack! I grew up in this area so I knew when things shifted. Smoke $9 one day 11/12 other days! This store honestly needs to but shut down and cleaned throughly! Remove all the cups from the dispenser and look at it! Filthy. They charge us for ice and drinks even if we bring our own cups. My biggest concern is the price fluctuating daily!

So we come to this 7eleven everyday almost and we’ve been denied paying our bills using cash app whenever the cashier wants to. Also you guy will completely ignore the person in front of you to talk on the phone. I am aware of how the “system” work and all you do is make people have to travel farther to take care of a feature you do t want to do, maybe because you don’t make money off it???

Literally just left there at 3:45am and watched the guy stand by the walkway way to the bathroom and hear me say sir multiple times just to ignore me he saw me when I came in and stood at the counter he continued to ignore me I see y don’t nobody go this store customer service is trash

I got 3 for $1 bananas that I noticed rang up for almost $3. The next day I had the teller try to upsell me bananas and said that they were 3 for $1, I grabbed 3 and once again, they rang up for almost $3. I said something about the discrepancy and he just said “Oh sorry”, stared at me, and then looked at the other employee and that one said that they were changing the sign. The next day I went in to grab a protein bar and once again, the guy tried to upsell bananas and told me they were 3 for $1. I told him they certainly weren’t and I paid for my protein bar that was $0.20 more than sticker price and left. Terrible 7/11.

Owner & his wife are very nice people. Always a hello, thank u, & have a nice day when u come in. Store is clean & well stocked. I've been to many 711 in the area & always go back to this one.

It's a convenience store only, no gas pumps. They do their best, everybody is human. Usually very clean inside; also has an amazon locker called "Fen". The entrance curb off Whiteway is a killer!
