For background, this restroom is a single toilet, not a multi-stall facility, and the amenities of the restrooms would be identical. This is purely discrimination against men at the order of the manager.The Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 states that no business (public or private) serving the public can discriminate based on a customer’s national origin, sex, religion, color, or race. Title VII of the Civil Rights ActThis also violates the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title III, as both restrooms are the same, but if a male has a disability such as IBS and needs to use the restroom but the men's is occupied, he has no recourse but to soil himself. However, a woman has no such constraints, which binds this back to the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and violates both the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Prices at the register are higher than what the sticker on the shelf says.Bought an energy drink that had a price of $3.19 on the shelf. When rung up on the computer it came up at 3.98. I've always been hesitant to stop at this 7-11 as it seems some what cruddy but deifintly won't be coming back.Also, all of the bathrooms were out of order so I'm pretty sure they can not legally be open under those circumstances. Especially when they are serving fresh food and the attached Dunkin was also serving fresh food.

Young girl with the green hair is rude and will keep doing other things as she watches u try to pay..other times she won't even hang up her phone call..what a joke......update..new girl..in pj's at work..rude..Tallahassee community collage sweatshirt..smoking a vape and texting..how can people let there business be run by one's who don't care.

To whom it may concernI went to this location yesterday, and there was a black female employee was working at the register and she was on her phone the whole time. When I was trying to purchase gas. The manager should hire someone that responsible and reliable not someone that lazy and rather talk on the phone than providing excellent customer service to their consumers.I've reported them to corporate yesterday. The reason why I've done it because managers, assistant managers and corporate should know who they hire in their stores. I hope someone read this and do something about this.

Very rude clerks, paper receipt machine stays out of paper at pumps, And when you go inside to ask for it, Clerks always have a bad attitude, and will argue and raise their voice, and refuse to give you your receipt, I will not go back to this gas station, which I have given lots of business to for last year and half! Save yourself a headache, and stress, and DO NoT GO here for gas, or snacks! Not worth it, very nasty, foulmouthed clerks, will yell at you, and curse you out, over simply asking for your own gas receipt!! This is the last $46 I will spend there for any gas! Corporate, needs to look into hiring, better customer service clerks, and get rid of the filthy, mouthed, unproffresional ones, they have, that work at night. I have never had a horrible experiennce such as this one yesterday evening, at 11302 Dale Mabry, 7/11, At 745 pm, And clerk never gave me my receipt, Jusy kept wanting to engage me in a argument and game, which I did not waste more time, with this clerk! I left, and I will report her to the corporate, This waa very unethical, and unproffessional, and very wrong, to go to a gas station for gas, and be treated like this, when you ask for a simple receipt! I cannot give not one star, but I do hope this survey, saves others, from going through such a nasty experience, as I have!

Stopped in for gas. Easy entrance and exit, located right at a traffic light. Pumps are well lighted and plenty available. I didn't go inside as I did the pay at the pump however encountered no issues while visiting. They have a Dunkin Drive Thru available also if you're needing a sweet treat or something to drink. Gas prices were equivalent to others in the area also.

I guess nobody works at the store at 5 o’clock in the morning. I left my purchase on the counter and walked out. You guys should hire some people that really want to work not people that pretend work and are completely worthless to society. Funny I went to the other 7 south of here, full of customers. Much better service.?

I virtually never go through car wash machines, but I was letting my wife take my car while hers was being repaired and I though it would be nice to give it to her clean. I went to 7-Eleven to go through the car wash. This was on Sunday, July 11, 2021. You get a code for the car wash machine when you buy gas. So, although my tank was almost full, I filled it up completely to get the code. When I drove into the car wash there was an orange cone blocking my path. I asked about it in the store and was told that the machine was under repair. I asked for my money ($14) back, but they refused to give it to me saying that I could use the code another time. I told them that the reason I wanted the car cleaned only applied to today and I would have no need later. They wouldn't give me my money back.Even in the 21st century, it must be illegal to take money for a service and not render the service. Maybe the code would still work in the future, but I won't need the service in the future. I wanted to clean the car before I lent it to my wife to drive for a few days. I expected the service at the time I paid.Drive another couple of hundred feet and go to another store/gas station.
