Several weeks ago I couldn't get the app to work to pay at the pump. I went in the store to prepay for my gas. While standing at the counter I had a medical emergency. I needed to sit down. The clerk's got a chair for me to sit down & a wet towel for my forehead. I misplaced the lady's name that helped me. There were 2 women. They pumped my gas ⛽ & then moved my car to a parking spot by the front door so they could keep an eye on it. They then called an ambulance ? to take me to the hospital. ? This is an average 7-11 gas station, but the customer service that they provided for me was outstanding. I really appreciate how they assisted me when I really needed help.

I have been to this 7 eleven a few times already. They always have the bathroom broken or they close it. It seems that they have orders not to let the customer who buys gas and everything they sell in that place enter the bathroom. The workers are there to take care of the place but Bathrooms should not be closed in places where they are sold or offered to customers or stars.

The little red head that worked last night is thief. I was so tired and had just gotten off of work that partially it was my fault not recounting before I had left. But I had $40 in cash and I went inside to give her $20. I pulled out four fives before I have walked inside. I purchased a pack of cookies. And it brought my total to 21 something. I gave her about $22 and this is when I was looking at my phone. I don’t know why I didn’t think twice to pay attention to her because then she said I had only given her $17. So of course, I just handed her a five not thinking twice that the cashier would be taking money. I was second-guessing it, but of course, I figured that I could’ve made a mistake too.. I recounted my money and of course I was short five dollars. I’m not tripping over the five because obviously I can afford that. But this 7-Eleven is about two minutes from my apartment.. I come here every week… but when I come back. And if I see her again. She will be asked about it. And I will be contacting police inforcement if it happens again.

In this place today I was served by an employee who lets her character show by bothering me when it came to paying because I asked her for some lottery or scratch-off tickets and at the same moment I told her no, please give me 2 of the number as and when one of this number all pointed out by my hands or fingers that makes her look upset and I ask her at that moment if everything is okay if she is okay and her friend who was next to her answers that yes it is okay that Can he help me with Spanish? I ask him, is there a problem not speaking English here to buy from you and he answers no? She didn't give me any answer. This place, I bought here more than 5 years ago since I live nearby, I think she was upset. that moment with something but not because of me greetings and good day to all

Night crew is very rude, cursing, and aggressive language and unacceptable customer service, I'm a regular that lives just 2 miles away, I will drive down Hillsborough and go to Wawas instead

If I could give negative stars, I would give negative 5 stars. Your employee Eduardo, the Latino male with the tattoos all over his face has a terrible attitude and is very rude.Stepped up to the counter in the evening on 10/01/2022 @ 8:20 pm, only to be ignored while he was engaged in conversation with the other clerk on duty. When I spoke up to let him know that I wanted some lottery tickets, he cut me off mid-sentence, put his palm up towards my face and told me to relax.Apparently Eduardo believes his needs to have a conversation with the other clerk come before taking care of customers and I should have just stood there silently until he felt he had the time for me.I’ve been patronizing this 7 Eleven for the last 15 years, but after this encounter I will never use this store again!I reported this encounter with 7 Eleven corporate as well.This guy is a terrible employee and should be fired!

You guys need to fire this guy with the tattoos all over, what a freaking bad attitude. I’ve been coming to this 7-Eleven for years and the girls that worked here were great. This new guy has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen, literally threw my change at me. Get rid of him, your store will be better.

Today I had a very bad experience with the staff of this place. I do not recommend anyone to go and consume absolutely anything at this place. They practically stole my money. I asked for a service which I could not take advantage of and when I asked for my refund they told me that they couldn't give it to me. return and with a terrible attitude 0% satisfaction for this place
