Honestly, this company needs a change in its staff, really many are not qualified to work with customers, especially Willy, from the Arminia store, customers should not pay for the lack of capacity of Aaron's workers oh for his emotional problems It's that simple, it is unprofessional for these individuals to call you, threatening and intimidating you, when they themselves do not know the laws and protocols of the company where they work, in this store you will find many excuses, they never arrive on time for deliveries, but yes Something if they have to call you a day before to make the payment, I don't recommend this store even to my worst enemy, it's that simple, and I'm not only going to leave this comment here, I'm also going to do it on social media, to Let people know in the future what they may face. I am also going to leave a complaint with the BBB, Consumer Fair and other customer protection agencies. Willy should not work directly with the public, he is not qualified for that role. I do not recommend this store in particular, it is a great lack of respect since June my washing machine broke, I bought it new and it is fully paid for and with a guarantee and this is the date in October that every time I call the store manager never answer my call, I have made complaints to the main department and they have not given any response. They borrowed me a washing machine until they resolved my problem and the great lack of respect. It is dirty, full of hair and to wash it is an odyssey you have to disconnect it from the power because it cannot Stop, the manager of that store does not even have the delicacy to deal with the situation, only one of the workers, his name is Willy, answers my call and he is already embarrassed because it has been 4 months and they do not give me an answer, THIS STORE DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR, very bad attention, do not buy anything from it

This guy Phil just showed up at my house at 9am on a Saturday, and POUNDED on my door like a cop when I was sleeping, all for the wrong house. I never ordered any furniture. I don't know who told them it was okay to pound on people's doors multiple times, harder each time, when they don't answer. CALL ON THE PHONE. EVERYONE HAS A PHONE.Knock on my door like that again and I'm answering with a shotgun.

These ppl are the most ignorant sobs Iv ever met! They hang the phone up on u, call 930 at night and are just plain rude and just nasty ugly ppl. Do not rent from this one, go to the one on 301.

I am really tired of being disrespected at this place. I rented our washer, drying and stove before the inflation got really bad and my account was compromised this month - I can even show proof of the fraud documents- and everyone understood but Aaron’s. I called to make my payment this month and was belittled so bad. I was told “we can’t have you making late payments ever month.” Guess what? You will, I’m doing my best but I make sure it’s paid every single month!!!I have paid off previous items with this company before. They told me they would pay off my last table if I started a new lease, so I stared a new lease on something else I needed but when I called for them to make good on the promise to forgive the last two payments or something on my table they pretended we never had that conversation. Also they signed up my account with EZ auto pay without my approval. When I called to have them cancel it they belittled me and said they put me on it because I didn’t pay on time. I’ll pay off my current leases and make sure I never rent here again, there are plenty of places I’ll be treated with respect and dignity.

I have had a account with Aaron's since 2015 I have leased and pay off every item that was brought to home my I have had my acct on easy pay I recently lease a new washer because my old one that I paid off broke w/no warranty it took them 2 weeks to bring it out to make a long story short when they ex paid my acct on the 3rd of April my washer was not on ex pay so wks later I am called because my washer is not paid I called my bank at it was not I am pissed I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income I am being aggravated with calls to pay on the washer and threaten by the store manager with late fee's . Phillip has a vandetta out for me because he called harassing me for a TV a few years back that was already paid for I have had my bank to pull all my statements from 2015 and I am having Aaron's to pull all my contracts paid out and open so I can have consumers affairs and 8 on your side and attorney to go thru my checking account to every penny is accurate I have contacted corporate for the last 2 wks I want answers and a resolution to resolve this theft of money out of my account over the years. Phillip I do pay my bills because if I didn't I would not have a good payment history.

Jessica, the store manager is very helpful and extremely nice person. She helped me today getting my new bed. She made the process very easy for me I'm so happy that I choosed this store for my bedding needs!! I'm looking forward to working with this store.
