I have been dealing with this store for 30+ years and have never had any problems with any of the employees, they polite ,respectful and understanding of our needs.

The store is calling me the day of payment to tell me it did not go through. The bank is telling me no payment was even attempted. And the website is showing my payment is due today. What the hell is going on and why can't somebody give me a definite answer? This company is the crappiest rent to own company out there. It may just be this location but I got the store stalking me going to an address I have never given them that I use to share with a crazy ex boyfriend that I have DOMESTIC CHARGES AGAINST over one missed payment. I tried to speak to corporate they didn't even bother to address it nor call me back about it. Mind you this address is NOT LISTED and was NEVER LISTED on my file. They attempted at the address that was in my file one time and was told I was not there so apparently in Aaron's world if your not home when they come ONE TIME, you do not live there as HARRY THE MANAGER explained to me. Also they came during BUSINESS WORKING HOURS so what career working woman is home during business hours I'll never know. Never mind my ID has the same information. This place is crap. I got 30% more to go and I'm telling you I can't wait to get away. ANY OTHER RENTAL COMPANY IS BETTER. Forget Aaron's and the crap people they hire as well as the crap website they have to "help" their customers.if I could give negative stars that is what y'all would deserve. THE STORE ON 56th is TRASHHHHHHH!!!!

Very very disappointed. My furniture arrived on Saturday and was put together very promptly, but as they were leaving in the truck I realized the nightstand was missing. I ran out to the truck and the guy was extremely nice and apologetic so I was not upset. Since Sunday the store is closed, he told me I would receive a call on Monday morning with a time for my remaining furniture to be brought over, . This afternoon after not receiving any calls so I decided to call the store because I had stuff to do and was waiting. The guy over the phone could not see that I had any deliveries coming today, and said he would call me back with a time after speaking with his manager. I left to run errands nearby and waited for the call that never came. To my dismay, they came to the house and left a note while I was out. No biggie, I called again and was told that they would be right over as I do not live far from the store. So I waited. That was hours ago and I still had stuff to do! Now the store is closed and I obviously am not receiving the delivery. So the errands I put off, I will obviously again have to put off tomorrow while I play the waiting game again. The bed set was newly scratched up (they were not there when I checked it out in the store), and one of the drawer handles was hanging from a missing screw. Honestly, everyone was really nice, but communication and organization really sucks.

I'm very unhappy about how I been talked to when on the phone with a sales associate he was very much out of pocket.It was no reason for it cause we are grown adults

I've been using this one store for about 15 years. Scott and Myrna are the best! They've exceeded my expectations many, many times! I wish I could remember all of the names of the personnel that who gave me such terrific service!

The only thing that would make this place a 5 star is bring down the prices a bit and offer to get items to VIP customers that are not normally in stock. Ex: PlayStation 5, Purple Mattresses, etc..

WOW it's been a long time since I had to deal with Aaron's. Due to financial issues, I went to Aarons for a new laptop. The associate was very nice, explained in details of the contract isssues and double checked to ensure the 90 day cash policy and procedures were understood. They were nice and understanding 10 years ago and it's still the same today. Not mention they just saved my job. Thanks Aaron's By the way, it was only $312 over Best buy & Wal-Mart.
