Delivery time is ridiculous. Make you pay for the first two weeks but you don't get your item for over a week and a half.

I recently went in store to purchase a new washer/dryer set that I saw online. When I went in unfortunately they didn’t have the set I wanted in stock. So the manager let me know he would order my set and call me to set up an account over the phone. The manager (forgot his name) followed up with me two days after my initial visit to confirm I still wanted to place the order. He advised me that the set would be ready for delivery Friday. When Friday came he called and set up everything over the phone. We were able to set up a delivery time that worked for me. The delivery guy Gavin was amazing! I had an old washer and dryer in the area where I needed the new set to go and Gavin was more than willing to help me move it. He was extremely nice and efficient! Set up felt like it only took 5 minutes!!! I really appreciate the AMAZING service I received at this location!!! Good customer service is hard to find, so thank you guys so much for all your help!!!!

Gavin and Angel are the delivery people and they are a godsend. They did so much to put together our bedroom sets. They're very kind and friendly and I can't say enough great things about them and the work they did for me so if you're looking for a great customer service these two guys are amazing delivery guys. And Carlos aint half bad either lol. Thank you guys

The Aaron's store on Adamo Dr. has fantastic customer service! The Sales Manager Tanner treated me like a valued customer and appreciated my business! I purchased the 5.5 Samsung washing machine and dryer. Gavin was our delivery driver and installer. He delivered the machines to my second floor laundry room and installed them. I am so impressed with his kind disposition and helpful attitude. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I appreciate his knowledge and that he was very patient with our questions. He even demonstrated both machines! Great Job Gavin!! Here's a shout out to you!! You are Amazing!!!!

The store manger Carlos came out and fixed my bed late at night he made sure before he left I had a stable bed to lay on and made sure it was comfortable to lay tonight he really went above and beyond his role tonight he really is my hero cause if not I would have been laying on the floor I definitely appreciate him for fixing my bed for me even after hours he definitely is very special and a amazing manger thanks Mr Carlos
