Good things happen at Abby's!!! Another trip to Abby's that left me feeling renewed! Great line of produce and foodstuffs. Splendid deli and homemade desserts. Inspiring conversation...how does it get any better than this?

The width and breadth of my food consumption is staggering. Therefore, a couple of months out of the year I change my habits and diet so I can drop 20-40 pounds. During my diet I come here for things I can not readily find elsewhere. Like millet bread and tortillas. Healthy plant based burgers due to the fact that alot of them are made with bad stuff and chemicals. Also, it's a one stop shop for quality supplements, a lot of those can have junk in them so choose wisely. I have been a sporadic customer of Abbey's for a great many years. This is long standing health food store that has an amazing selection of cold pre-made foods, hot foods, soups, fresh salads and juices. Expect to pay premium prices because of the quality and effort they put into their products. If you can't find it they will try and get it for you. Knowledgeable staff, huge selection, great food and super fresh. Their chicken soups are amazing and seems to have secret healing powers.

Been a loyal customer here since Abby was alive. Staff is hit or miss. Some people are very kind, others project this odd sort of arrogance/anger combination I don't quite get. Young slender male in Garden of Life Hoodie exhibited snide, persnickety behavior to my Mother last weekend for asking a BOGO question that was absolutely deserving. The BOGO sales make no sense anymore and even the staff admit "they're not like other stores." And she's an older lady so you can imagine how it's confusing and the rudeness needs to be called out. That matter aside, I've been put off by the no bag policy since it was initiated. It's ridiculous when people are spending $200 to tell them there are no bags. Last weekend there weren't even any boxes. Some things need to be rethought here. It's sad. I've spent years shopping there and thousands of dollars.

If you've never been to Abby's one way I could describe it is by telling you it's a whole foods meets sprouts but local with better prices. I went for the first time on the 31st of Dec to pick up some local milk and ingredients for a muffin recipe. I was so pleased to find everything I was looking for! I'll be back time and time again when in the area.

Our go to for everything! Literally! Everything! Fresh produce, a large variety of Organic quality food products, milk, cheeses, breakfast cereals, GF breads, teenagers acne facial cleanser, skin care in general, probiotics, vitamins, supplements, I love their cafe too, soups, ready to go meals, sandwiches, wraps, I’m obsessed with their micro greens salad, It’s delicious! And if that’s not enough I can also buy last minute birthday cards and gifts here, and the people at Abby’s every single one one of them, are absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, welcoming and always willing to help with a smile. Great customer service (which is rare nowadays) So Thank you Abby’s!

Delicious food friendly service. I love coming here because there’s so many options it is affordable I’ve gotten fish and a vegetable for under $10. My plates are bare because I ate all the food because it was so good. Darn it meant to take the photo first! ❤️???

I go here for frequently. The people are kind and the service is the same. I drink the bone broth when I am not feeling well. I drink it when I am. I get the freshest pressed juices they feed my mind. The probiotics I get to feed my gut. Abby was inspiring goddess who has taken care of Tampa for decades. There is no price for good health.

I'm giving 2 stars for the sweet girl who works in the back. She was helpful and kind. Otherwise, customer service ends there. This is the second (and likely last) time I've been here this month and I've had the same negative experience both times. I came back because I thought it could be a bad day or poor employee but it doesn't appear so. Both times, the person at the register didn't bother speaking to me at all until they gave me the total. They were focused on other things and made it clear that I was an imposition. Today, the person walked off entirely without looking back after I paid and before I even picked up my items. The culture is negative. Perhaps I don't look like the typical customer.

We love Abbys! We have been coming here for years and enjoy all the fresh homemade goodies, food, and salad bar in the back of this health food store. Nitrate free deli, cheeses, and organic produce are fresh and always available. The staff is so warm and knowledgeable and a real pleasure.

Love the Deli. Every week I stop in to grab a bite. The food is always fresh and delicious. And the prices are very fair. The employees are some of the finest people on earth. I can't say enough great things about Abby's.

Recently, Abby's got rid of ALL bags for customers, advising us that we MUST use a cardboard box that Abbys would provide or use our own reusable bags for whatever we buy here. Despite the already wildly ridiculous position this is, today when I was there shopping they told me they were out of boxes too. When I asked the cashier how was I supposed to get my groceries to my car, she looked at me as though I had four heads, seemingly expecting me to carry my groceries piece by piece from the checkout line to my car. Eventually I got them there but for the very expensive prices they charge here, they need to either 1. Bring back bags, 2. Make the cashiers carry your stuff out for you, or 3. If they're going to tell us that we need to use boxes, provide us with some boxes.
