Very disappointed at the Abercrombie in this location. The staff were very unprofessional. When checking out at the register, the employee forgot two of my items because he was talking to the other cashier. On top of that he forgot to give me 15% off my entire purchase and left a sensor on my clothing item. Will not be shopping here again.

I have never experienced such great customer service until my last visit. Samantha was soooo helpful. She walked around the entire store to ask everyone if they are finding everything ok. She stored our items in a fitting room and got us any different sizes we needed. She seemed eager to help you find something you loved and work with you to make sure you find the right fit. Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to help you in stores like these and I’ve noticed customer service has gone sooo much in most places. So we were so thankful for Samantha and her kindness.

The store is kept clean at all times with a fresh scent. Also, Chelsea & Josh provided top quality customer service without hesitation. This store exemplifies a well-established store that caters to its customers needs as well as its own, and upholds the ideals of what it is to be an Abercrombie & Fitch retailer.

There was a Jimi Hendrix T-shirt in the window with a US price of $25. When we checked out they said it was $35 and not on sale. I said the price in the window said $25. A person went and checked and said the best they could do is 10 percent off of $35. If it was just me buying it for myself I would of walked away on principle. My husband was buying it for me for my birthday and said he'd still like to buy it for me. I've never been in one of these stores. It seems customer service is not their top priority.

Great customer service. Very polite and helpful, but not pushy. I had a stark different experience at the Brandon Mall store. The cashier at the Brandon mall outright lied. I had an online order I wanted to return. It was about 3 weeks from delivered date, and they said I had to get back merchandise credit because it has been 31 days, and the policy is 30 days for original payment form. I tried to show the cashier I received the order 9/17/20, and it was 10/11/2020. She said the policy is from the date the order was made. I told her that is incorrect, corporate policy is 30 days from ship date. The manager was now there, and she said the same as the cashier. I kept my cool, and said never mind, I will keep the items and walked out. I looked up on Abercrombie's website their return policy, and I was correct. It clearly stated 30 days from ship date. I returned to the store and tried to show the same cashier the policy on the website. She was rude, rolled her eyes, and said there was nothing she could do. I tired to reason with her, but she refused to listen, and said she couldn't do anything.I then called the Abercrombie at International Mall in Tampa, and the manager said I was correct. I would have no issues making the return at her store. So I went the next day to the International Mall location in Tampa, and had zero issues returning my items for the original payment form. They were polite and didn't even need to see my order info, they looked up all my info with my phone number because I had an Abercrombie loyalty account (which the Brandon store didn't even ask about).

Walked into the store with my daughter and significant other to pick up an online order. Upon arriving, no employees were to be found, we walked around the facility shouting “hello?” “Does anybody work here?” “Wow I can’t believe there’s not a single employee in the store.” After about 30 minutes of searching high and low, we leave, and cancel the online order. We will not return or shop at this establishment. Terrible customer service... actually we didn’t come in contact with an employee so there was absolutely zero customer service.

Came in to return something everyone was nice and very fast. The only problem was when I’m trying to look around and you’re hovering over me constantly asking if you can help and I say I don’t need help please back off and don’t keep asking. When they’ve already told you they don’t need help, don’t keep coming up and asking if there’s something I need.

I have been shopping at "A & F kids" @ Brandon Westfield Mall for the past several years and always had good experience at that location, but I came to International Mall location for the 1st time last month because I ordered something to be delivered to the store hoping it would come faster than to my house. Unfortunately, it didn't due to unforeseen circumstances... The reason that I am writing this review is because I got to work with this associate named Kevin Q. and let me tell you - he is BEYOND UNBELIEVABLE. He went out of his way and helped me so much with my order!!! I want for all the managers of A & F who are reading this to know that he deserves a raise!!! He is amazing, and I will be back to the store this weekend to shop at this particular location only because of him!

Clothes are excellent quality. The price is average to high for some things but their sales are good. Customer service varies and usually young employees. Good selection with fresh styles
