A driver with the last name Frost shows up without an appointment and was rude. ABF has been told several times about the appointment policy. I would not recommend their service

If you need your delivery in a very bad condition with broken and damaged boxes, contact this company. We've received boxes, packages, and crates in the worst conditions and often damaged states.

I had a kayak delivered to my home Friday. The delivery driver would not even pull the product off of the truck even though ground service had been an added service. Delivery driver quoted, "It is not my job to pull product off of the truck. Just deliver it to the address". Ny dad is a medically disabled veteran, he wasnt trying to be lazy. So my dad started pulling it off the truck and they guy was like hey hey man, you're pulling it wrong. I have to work the rest of thr day ya know? But I'll help you". Omce they got it off the truck my dad startes pulling it towards our backyard and the driver said, "Man wow you're really going to make me work today huh?". Spoke to Timothy Perez over that service area who states that the driver didn't realize our delivery had that service and when he realized it that's when he started helping. Not really sure that is the case because if you had realized you had made that mistake wouldn't you apologize to the customer instead of demeaning them the whole time your helping. No apology from Tim either on behalf of the driver. Would not use this service again. Very unprofessional. Based on other reviews below makes me less confident the driver mixed up the service because it seems others have had issues with drivers not helping get product either even though its a PAID for extra service. It seems like this is just how the company operates.

Terrible experience. Was told they would help unload when I scheduled the delivery and when they got here they refused. When called the guy on the phone was rude and accused us of giving them the run around when clearly their schedulers did not write in their notes properly on what needs to be done. Then told me they would charge me to come back. They clearly don't know how a school runs in the summer with limited staff on a campus and expect others to do their job.

The dispatcher was accurate on the delivery time, and the "last mile" driver was outstanding, and exceeded my expectations on delivering the palletized order. Total professional . I'm very pleased with ABF. ??

Driver had attitude and refused to pick up pallets, when we were told another driver would come, they never came. Now they are acting this business who ships pallets regularly isn't worth trying a pick up. When they were here, I asked to speak to a supervisor, the driver refused and just left. I have had these pallets picked up in this same way for 8 years without issue, suddenly its a problem because someone does not understand physics or just wanted to be a pain to a small business.Do not use if your on a timeline, They will not tell you why they aren't showing up and when they do they might just leave for no good reason.

They rescheduled the delivery after confirming delivery & we had to change our schedule for them. The driver showed up & he was exceptionally rude & unprofessional. I am physically disabled and had to help him push the package in the garage because he said he wouldn't push it 10 feet without any help. He said if I didn't help him that he would just dump my package at the end of the driveway. He did have a huge cart/dolly but refused to push it. Why did you send one delivery man that is unwilling to do his job? I paid a lot of money for this delivery. I shouldn't have been treated so poorly as well as put my health in danger. I had no choice because he was going to leave it by the road. Do better!
