I really try to use another store (howeverwhen your footingthe bill ,and someoneelsebuys the parts there.....). I have always found 99.9% of the staff sooo Unprofessional what's the sense of prepayments for a part, then ? be harassed by a teenager that is working behind the counter ? literally arguing with you about Needing the receipt to pickup the damned part. What's the sense ? ?, they got your money ? phone number And your freaking name!!! Then tell you in order to Get your part you Paid for, you Need the receipt!! The Professional and Customer Service is Not even Service. I know when I worked for a company in my day (even if the customer was Wrong ,you Didn't Argue with them) and if you did there was company standards that could land you looking for another job.Stear clear of this one on 50th Street, the ones on 78th, are actually very nice and professional.

Even though I did not buy anything, just wanted people to know how helpful this manager was today. I was run off the road by a truck this morning. I had been waiting 2 hours for AAA to come when the manager drove up & asked if I was ok, I explained what had happened & AAA said it would be another 2 hours before a tow truck arrived. He asked if I had a spare when I said yes , he came out with a jack and changed my tire for me so I could go & get a new tire. People don’t go out their way to help others & it meant a lot that he helped me out. Thanks again for your help this morning.

Called earlier today to inquire about a part, after getting back to me with the price ($32) I asked why their part was so expensive because they're typically $5-10 and the associate hung up on me. Bought it from rock auto for 6 bucks.

If I could give it zero stars I would , I entered the store and found the cashier on the phone while I waited to be called he proceeded to hang up and call me up to the register with an attitude like I shouldn't be there and was told to go to the back to pour my own used oil out. This is absolutely unacceptable, and frankly absurd. This is not only a safety concern, but a liability to the company and to the customer . AUTOZONE (3006 N 50th St Tampa Fl 33619) located down the road from this location did there job and helped me properly dispose used oil . 5/5 stars !

The people that work there are fantastic and very friendly. I purchased two tires and will be returning in a few days to purchase two more tires. They are now my go to auto parts store. I want to give a shout-out to Glenn for all of his help!
