Worst Store Ever! I call 10 minutes ahead asking if this store had what I needed they said yes! I asked to have them put my name on it so I'd save time as I'd be using my only lunch time to drive through 30 minutes of traffic! I get there they had no clue what I was talking about and they didn't even have what u needed and I was going to spend almost $300 so they lost out on a big sale and they made a customer mad!

Ordered online to get brake pads, this location is the only one that had these pads. Drove 30 mins to pick up, got them, go in my car, looked at the pads and they were USED and probably already returned not new and dinged up. I took them back in and who I assume is the manager tells me I don't know what I'm talking about and returned them in an arrogant manner. I do know what I'm talking about I've purchased them many times. EVEN SO, YOU SELL QUALITY PARTS, NOT DINGED/SCUFFED UP PADS!! HOW COULD I TRUST THAT THESE WOULD BE SAFE IN A DETERIORATING STATE?!?! You don't call customers "PAPA" especially in a patronizing manner, don't tell them they don't know what they're talking about, and not everyone speaks Spanish btw start with English. This location is absolutely trash. Don't be arrogant and listen to your customers regardless of your opinion.I contacted corporate and they were very helpful, and quickly corrected the issue. Advanced auto parts good, this location is terrible tho go somewhere else with your hard earned money.

Great place if you speak SpanishEnglish speaking customers will be skipped by staff. I understand that the neighborhood is primarily hispanic and my Spanish is not good. When only one person working speaks English she should be respectful of the customer waiting order. For her to skip the English speaking customer instead of telling the Spanish male customer to wait his turn is just rude. I definitely won’t stop here again.

Eileen the manger, 10 out of 10 service. A person who truly cares about her customers. I had bought a battery from advanced auto parts not to long ago. I was prepared to buy a battery not even knowing I had a warranty from the battery I already had. I was able to change my battery out quickly and pain free. 100% coming back to this exact store to work with her again. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at a parts store.

I’ve been to numerous auto parts store, numerous retail stores period. My experience was from a few weeks back but it still bothers me till this day so I just needed to post this to warn future customers. This location is an absolute joke, they hire people that have no idea what they’re doing and just have no sense of customer service or what that means. If you are confused, unable to properly execute your job or just don’t know how to talk to people. PLEASE ask for guidance, I won’t go into detail because judging from the recent reviews it seems this is an on going issue. Please just fire everyone at that store and start with Aileen, she’s a mess and because of her I won’t return to that location. If I have to tell you how to do your job and I have no automotive experience. Don’t get upset with the customer because you don’t know what you are doing! That says a lot, apparently she’s a manager . If so please fire the promoting manager as well.

Worst service ever at this locationWent to this store looking for a new battery for my car and installation services, and I was told that they could sell it but not install it, because they were only women in there. I spend there more than one hour waiting for a worker that could do the work that apparently was coming within an hour, after that I was told that he was coming in the afternoon, then my husband called and the lady told him that the worker called out sick. So, think they didn’t want to work/help at all, they were lying all the time.

This company has an agreement with Spark drivers that are the same as Walmart. And this entry is to complain because they always post orders on the app and are never available when you arrive at the place. They make us drive many miles and sometimes wait a long time so that later they tell you: The order was cancelled. This is not fair that they make you lose time and miles, considering that gas is expensive.
