Good selection for last minute items needed for a repair job I was heading to out of my normal service area. The only negative I have to mention is they aren’t in my service network for my commercial account,as I live in another county. Otherwise the store was clean and the staff was attentive.Good selection as I have come to expect from advance.Thank you guys

Told staff I needed new battery and installed as well. He mentioned $22 fee for old one and I said wouldn’t they just be swapping them anyway so why pay and he said I had to bring it in the store - when they would anyway - and them he’d refund me ! Made no sense so I paid pending swap and refund. Then after taking payment he informs me they can’t do the install and after asking why a few times, finally says the only person who can do it was at lunch! I should have asked for full refund and left and gone elsewhere but I was tired after work. Now I have to install myself , take old battery back and hope for $22 refund or find someone to install for me . Should have gone to my regular place .

Wait time is ridiculous when you see employees doing other things than providing service to customers. If they don't respect your time nor want your service take it elsewhere. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE !!

Was there on Saturday…. It was the worst experience at any auto parts store, the representative named TIFFANY was extremely rude. She acted like looking something up was not part of her job description. Then when another employee tried helping me… (she kept telling him he wasn’t going to be able to find what I needed) well he did find it TIFFANY and in the right size. She needs to be fired! She’s rude, unprofessional, and has no verbal etiquette. Advanced Auto is losing costumers at this location because of this employee.
