Very clean and beautiful inside. Front desk ok, they could use a welcome greeting when you get in, a smile, showing happiness. MRI Tech is awesome, very nice and patient, sweet, and other techs that help her with my MRI were also very nice - was a guy and a petite girl. The only thing they could use to walk patients out the lobby when the exam is complete after I changed clothes, I felt a little abandoned and lost. I went today to pick up the Imaging and report, and again, the front desk doesn't acknowledge you, 2 persons, they do not look at you when you enter the place,after like 5 minutes when one of them asked me "how can I help you", there is no smile or emotions. This won't stop me from coming back there again. Techs are very nice and kind!! I love this place for the cleanness and nicer techs, and it will be my new imaging place.Another thing, I did not receive a call to confirm my appointment and to see if I had any questions, and when I called a few days before to ask a question I had, they told me to wait until they day before that they make the calls in the evening since they are open until 7 pm, no one ever called me. I had to mention this to help you improve with better customer service skills and communication with patients.These little things can be improved, other than that, it is a great place, I still will give it 5 stars because I like this place a lot! The techs make me feel safe, and that helps me control my fear. (Sorry, I always get the names of the persons, but not this time)

The people at the Westchase branch are lovely, friendly, helpful people. So is everyone I spoke with on the phone to make my appointments. Even when there are issues with the way the doctor writes up the order, they go to extra lengths to make sure they have what they need and let you know in a timely manner when things are straight and ready to move forward. I have always come away feeling very positive about the interactions I've had. They explain things well and are always very patient. I've visited here 4 times and have made this my imaging go to place because they treat me so well.

Shannon from the Westchase location is absolutely the best. She always helps me out with scheduling and doing it with the utmost compassion. She is a true profession . Westchase Imagining should be proud to have her on there team.

I was greeted very nicely at the front desk. I’m sorry I don’t recall the girl’s name. I have to say Michele is an elite professional with a platinum bedside manner. Meeting Dr. Buciner so relieved my anxiety, since I was waiting for results of my mammo since November 9th. Dr. Buciner informed me at length of the results of the sonogram. I will always go to this location, when necessary. Having professional medical care is the goal here and I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Very friendly, professional, right on time. Special thanks to Shannon Biven at the front desk who helped me when I forgot my doctor's orders paperwork. The x-ray tech was great as well. I was having a bad morning, but this office lifted my spirits.

First time visitor at AdventHealth Imaging Center Westchase on 10/19/21 and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was. Shannon and Erica are amazing!! What an asset to AdventHealth!! The facility was very nice, clean and easy check-in. Thank you!
