The girls there on 3/11/25 watched me shop for about 15 minutes when I asked for a fitting room they said the fitting rooms were closed. There was still an hour before the entire mall including their store closed. I get they probably want to leave and thought I might leave a mess but I did plan on buying everything just had to be sure it was the right size unfortunately I had to leave all my goods. :( behinds

Service was terrible the manager literally had odor all of the store I couldn’t breathe because of the smell inside of that store. Also the workers have terrible service and are super rude.

Unprofessional staff the manager she most be place in a mental hospital will never buy anything else that say aeropostal they should no better on who will represent the brand manager told me if i did not have the money why am i in her store and all i need was to do a return on broken items she refused to take them back and she was aggressive in front of my kids i end it up rebuying the merchandise… if aeropostal read this do your self a favor and remove that person you just lost another client and all people i know i will tell them not to go here for any means

The staff here where all so helpful and kind! I explained how I was with my friend's special needs daughter who needed age appropriate clothes and not one but 2 associates jumped in to help! I highly recommend this particular location!
