Al Qassam Middle Eastern Supermarket offers a wonderful selection of Mediterranean groceries and brands that are not easily found in other stores. The store is quite crowded with racks and merchandise, making it a bit difficult to move around. While the baklava sweets looked good, they were not as delicious as expected, being quite heavy. The supermarket is highly recommended for its fresh, varied options and fair prices. Customers appreciate the honest and helpful staff, who provide guidance on cut selections and options. However, some find the prices a bit expensive. Overall, the store is well-stocked, with a great variety of products and good customer service.
The customer service is like nothing I’ve experienced before, truly the best of the best. If you want high quality products and excellent service at great prices, I haven’t found another place that meets the same standards as Alqassam Supermarket.
