Total spend on ads: $3,360
Number of leads: 219 ($15/lead)
AlphaLeads fees: $6,000 USD
Number of clients: 3
Total money made: $3,499 USD
Net: -$5,860 USD loss
Most leads were non-responsive or duds. Many of those who booked calls were no-shows that ended up ghosting me completely. I'd estimate about 10 of the 219 leads were realistic possibilities for sales.
At first, I believed this was a problem with my own responsivity. Engaging in this program coincided with a surge of organic leads from others sources, so my calendar was often full, and due to timezone differences I struggled to respond in a timely manner, which may have cost me some opportunities and I take full responsibility.
However, in the last 2 months of the program I hired an appointment setter with 10 years direct sales experience to counter this issue. He was responsive and skilled, often getting to new leads within 5 mins of them signing up, however he struggled to get leads on the phone, and when he did they were most often clearly a bad fit.
I don't totally blame AlphaLeads for the quality of the leads as my niche is clearly unfamiliar to them and tends to have a lot of unwell or poor people, so high quality leads are relatively rarer than other niches.
However, I was disappointed with the withdrawal of support from AlphaLeads as the program started to wind up. I was promised a video ad that was never delivered, and a full landing page that was discussed once and then never brought up again, and in the last few weeks the team was completely unresponsive to my messages. It seems that once my final payment had cleared it was like I no longer existed and they moved on.
AlphaLeads provided a free CRM app to handle all the leads, which looked promising but was extremely complex and buggy, with multiple faults and breakdowns every week, leading to confusion and missed opportunities.
Also, given AlphaLeads are clearly focused on the health/fitness niche, the original sales call rep pushed to sign me up without carefully considering whether they could deliver on their promises re my new unfamiliar niche (social confidence).
They did deliver a high quantity of leads, which is one of the promises they kept, but they understated the quality of the leads I should expect.
Even though I attended a few of the sales training calls and enjoyed the trainer's personality, I am already well experienced in closing leads and would not have gained anything from attending more.
Overall, I felt the team at AlphaLeads are enthusiastic and mean well, but perhaps they bit off more than they could chew and were more focused on signing up new clients than delivering to their current clients. In the end, they gave up on me and moved on.
Worst case scenario is they only focus on signing people up and once they have they don't really care much about delivering on promises.
I can't speak for others in the program, but from our shared Skool community chat I get the sense that only a few of the attendees were doing well (there was very little bragging about leads and sales).

Alphaleads was a MASSIVE waste of time and money. They make big claims about growing your business but don’t even come close to delivering. I spent thousands on their services, only to end up with a handful of useless leads and no new clients. The team is extremely unorganized and inexperienced, and the CEO Eric was nowhere to be found once they had my money. I’ve been chasing them for months about the refund I was promised, but I’m starting to accept that I’ll never see that money again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.
