This has been the worst place to deal with! I have an account, was told if I pay 300.00 I could get a delivery emergency on 10/11, when I called to find out why it was not delivered I was told by another person no deliveries being made until 10/16, and my status would.be updated on the order, yesterday when I called again to find out why the order did not say 10/16, I was told the last person I talked to didn't know what they were talking about. Now I trying to make an order, it will.not let me because the order that was supposed to deliver 10/11 is still there. I am willing to pay for an emergency delivery to fill my tank that is dedicated to powering my home standby generator, but I can't do that and have power to my house during the power outages caused by hurricane Milton. Customer service people are not very helpful and have given a lot of misinformation during a time when accuracy is key!

My dad is a disabled vet and has meds that need to stay cold called to see if he could get a delivery fill since he has been on generator power since Milton came through. The lady said since we didn't have an account with them they wouldn't deliver she also said she couldn't set up an account. The lady also said that I could bring in the 2 200 gal tanks to be fill...I ask how am I suppose to bring those in that is why im asking for a delivery. They have lost a possible future customer.

This company do not care about their customers I place my order on sep 17 they said that they went to my house and I have cámaras and they never show up call like 10+ time they said it’s in route and nothing. So if you really need propane gas don’t waste your time in this company go someone else

Aweful company. Do not get locked into a situation where they own your tank. You cannot get gas from anyone else, and their gas is usually 2.5 times what they buy it at. Own your own tank at all costs.

Did not let me know again that they were coming. 3rd time now they let my dogs out because they don't close the gate.

Absolutely avoid using Amerigas! We felt compelled to write a review because of their terrible business practices. We have been using Amerigas for almost 10 years. The other day we discovered that our tank appeared to be leaking, and called their emergency line where they promptly came out to inspect it and verified that there was a leak due to a corroded part that needed to be replaced. The technician turned off our propane and let us know he would return the next morning to replace the part. Of course no one ever returned. We called the next day and they said there was a note in our file that someone would come by the end of the day. After 2 days and about 10+ calls to their call center (you cannot speak to anyone locally/in the US) to get anyone to call us back or give us an ETA, they finally tell us they can schedule a service appointment, but the earliest was in another 3 days and also casually mentioned removing the tank (what?!?). This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. No hot water with children in the house and now we are stuck waiting (crossing fingers that someone comes based on previous reviews) and/or figuring out how to switch companies.

My gas delivery was made on-time and as scheduled. Delivery is always done in a professional manner and I highly recommend this company for propane services.

Service at Amerigas is terrible, I've literally never written a review but this is next level. If you can get propane from anyone else, DO IT.
I had a technician come out to my property to repair my gauge, which they said they did. I've now run out of gas because the gauge never actually got fixed and I didn't know I needed it. Of course it will take 7-10 days for someone to come out to repair the gauge they already repaired, THEN I can schedule a refill which will be another 7-10 days.
Talked to customer support for over an hour based in the philippines and they're nice but completely unhelpful and unable to actually solve problems. And of course this is the only way to actually contact anyone. Actual terrible experience.
It's now my scheduled appt day at 4:45 and no one even bothered to show up or call. Definitely just canceling

These guys intentionally not fill the propane on time and let the tank drain out . So that they can charge $300 as emergency bill . Big scam . Beware of them
