This store practices a load of violations listed in FDCA including harassment, publicly announcing consumers personal information, and refusing "free" services in attempts to collect debts. The teller argued with a consumer near me clearly yelling at the consumer and announcing publicly the consumers debt. That drove me to write this review. The store and employees are very unclean, disrespectful, and the employee Ben physically threatened the consumer for no reason.

Lady gets attitude when I don’t know where line starts then u have a face mask on so I can’t hear u and I ask what did u day and u rolling your eyes yelling like I never been to this location so calm down. Been here at 10:43am on July 14,2020 lady with hair in a bob weave style and glasses poor customer service

I went to your Fletcher and 15th location yesterday and a lady named Tajh assisted me with my cash advance. I am a long time customer with Amscot but this girl should not be in the customer service industry. When she wasn't checking her cell phone, she was talking to the other lady next to her. She had an attitude and was complaining about having to work until 3 on a holiday. Now I don't know about you, but in this new world we are living in, if I was her, I would be thankful to have a job. I won't be coming back to this Amscot, I will go back to the one that I know treats customer's right.REVISED: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR LISTENING TO MY CONCERNS!

Called to ask if the 24-hour period between cash advances applied to the day I asked them to cash the check or the day the check clears on my bank statement. Was told it only applies to cash, went to a different location and was denied a cash advance due to being in the 24 hour period after the check had cleared on my bank statement.Who is lying to me?

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS! Representative Brittney (White heavyset White representative) and a Hispanic representative called members to the front and could not serve us. I will be reporting them to corporate.

I had to wait a very long time for service everyone that came after me left and they still had me waiting on line. Next time I rather take the extra drive to a better facility. Never coming back here

All they do is collect and sell your information. Service is trash. Experience is trash. Staff is trash. I’d rather light my check on fire than come back to these clowns.
