totally impressed by the service I been a long time since customer service seems like it was number one and that the customers actually mattered definitely need to hire more people like them Jared at your Palm river location in Tampa Florida and his staff were more than accommodating and is always polite as well and seems like you’re rubbing off on his staff because they’re equally dominating. I watched more than seven people walking in out as I stood out my window. When I finally let it be known that I was not going to just stand there and wait while everyone else was helped- I was rudely confronted by Sylvia who stated that “obviously she had other customers to take care of and she couldn’t handle my inquiry/request because she had other customers”. At that point the demeanor tone and words of her choice were so rude that I decided To leave!!
