Today I was very hurt and disturbed by the owner Tammy and her brother. I’ve been coming to Tammy for almost 5 years now and have always had bad costumer service but today toped it off by a lot. I wanted to exchange something I purchased 2 days prior, automatically I was being talked down too and when I asked to see a policy I also got rude responses, by the way they don’t do refunds or exchange so there is that. I proceeded to let her know I won’t be using the products so I’ll leave them here wether I get a refund or not because the product was just bad. When I left the store she followed me and threw the products in my direction trying to hit me and cause harm to me or my car. This is very unprofessional and sad, just shows how Tammy handles all her situations. I was really hoping for a better outcome but that’s why I just drive 5 minutes up the street to the other nail supply store called La nail supply

They follow you around the store. They dont obey their return policy. Literally threw products at a nail tech as she as leaving the store. Very unprofessional. I recommend Daily Nail Art Supply. He has much more products and new trendy nail items not available at any other store.

I got some nail polish from there. when I got home I noticed it was all dried up. He wouldn’t refund me or exchange it even on the same day it was bought. When I spend my hard earned money I expect to get what I pay for.

I will never go back there. He overcharged me because I’m American. The Vietnamese people I work for told me he would do that. I recommend going to a different store if you’re American.
