The Ann Taylor store in international mall in Tampa is bad, very bad.
No fitting rooms, clothing in the racks is worn.
I go there never again.

I came to this Ann Taylor to find a suit for a doctoral interview. I was helped by Jackie - she was the only employee running the store that day, and despite helping multiple customers she was so attentive with me! Her honest feedback helped me settle on a suit, but the blazer I wanted was not in stock. Jackie had the blazer shipped directly to my house before my big interview. She even followed up with a phone call (someone had brought in a return) and I received a hand written thank you note - nice touch! My suit helped me feel professional and confident during my interview day, and ultimately I was accepted into the program! I have shopped at Ann Taylor before but I have never experienced such excellent service. I would definitely recommend this store, and this specific location, for any woman looking for professional attire. Thank you Jackie!

I was the only customer in the store today. One clerk was too busy to speak and another pointed out 40% pre-holiday sale on everything., except classic suits. She also kindly pointed out the 50% sale rack. Elegant women's holiday attire, classic business attire, and upscale casual clothes, all Ann Taylor® brands in sizes XXS to XXL in classic, petite, and tall fits. Today I found one of several accessory sets and cute elegant satin black and white holiday pajamas.

The customer service is so bad at this location. The employee looked annoyed and cut me off while I’m in the middle of asking a question.

I felt very looked down on when I went in there because I was dressed casual. I tried to make an exchange and the woman said I had to exchange the item for the same thing in a different size/color. I’ve never experienced this before. Typically you can return something and get something else and it’s not an issue. I definitely felt I received different service than everyone else in the store.

I can't say enough good things about the staff! I am heading back to work after pregnancy (read: struggling to dress this unfamiliar body) and the ladies here went above and beyond to find outfits that made me feel confident! I must especially recommend Jackie, the on-site stylist. She was patient, committed, and super chic! So, so thankful for her help!

I love this store ! I want to return and drive there but stuck in traffic. Arrived at 6:08 on Sunday, store closed but the beautiful lady open back up for me. Customers service is 10+ stars. I really appreciate your help , beautiful Lady.

I stopped in while I was out running errands. I was an entire wreck with no make up, no jewelry, and dressed quite casually.I stopped in specifically due to an Instagram ad that had an outfit I fell in love with. Nina was an absolute delight! She helped me identify the pieces in the advertisement, found my sizes, and assisted me with my "try on" even bringing me heels to make sure that my pants were the proper length, and offering to call another store location if needed.If I hadn't been rushed to find two specific outfits, I could have spent an afternoon adding beautiful classic pieces to my wardrobe. I got home and my husband was absolutely thrilled with my purchases and encouraged me to go back again soon to pick up some additional items.I will definitely be back soon and will 100% request that Nina be the one to assist me.

I used to always get my trousers and dress pants from Ann Taylor, but while visiting recently, I found very few items available in my size. Typically I wear a size 8 or 10, and sometimes pick petite over regular since I'm only 5'5". During my most recent visit I found just one pair of size 8 petite dress pants at this location, and no size 10 petites in dress pant styles, only jeans. As for regular length, I found a few more styles with the size range, but typically only one was available in the style/color, so if there was a flaw or someone else was trying it on, the low stock would've meant I was out of luck. Ultimately I did leave the store empty-handed, but I placed an online order where I found more options thankfully.
