I normally hate getting my blood drawn, but this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. It was so quick, totally painless, and the guy who did it was professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time — can’t recommend them enough!

Great testing lab. Super professional and efficient. Chris and Dave were more than accommodating. They ensured that communication was maintained throughout the entire process. They view their customers as real people with real lives, and they ensure that the services reflect that part of their humanity. Results came quickly, too. Lab testing can be daunting for all types of reasons, but whatever your reason may be, Dave and Chris make sure it is done in a way that respects your autonomy and privacy. 10/10. Would go again.

I went in to do a d n a test, and customer service was great. There was a lot of trash that was overflowing in the lobbying, but other than that, it was pretty a quick and easy updating my stars because I was told that I would get my results by the end of close today. But still haven't gotten my results. I just feel like if they are unsure. They shouldn't be seeing when the results should come. I called twice was anticipating to get my results before this weekend
