Waited 1 hour and 25 min to get an appointment for their known issue with the AirPod Pro 1 crackling problem, but due to the mall’s poor cellphone reception, I missed the message for 15mins. Now I have to wait again for 30-45mins and that is considered a prioritized appointment. So upsetting~ why they don’t give us a call before canceling the appointment? Or better yet why don’t they have a scheduled time which a customer can show up. The Apple customer service is a joke!!!

It’s very disappointing to me that how unprofessional the genius bar supporter are. I brought in a first generation Apple HomePod for setup error. After describing the issue with the product, instead of trying to help and ask for more details, he literally answers me “I don’t know” “I don’t know about this product” “I usually work with phones” ummmm okay?
Then, after multiple testing we were able to get the result that the HomePod works just fine. It was my phone that has the problem trying to set up the HomePod. Then he came up with this bullshit “There’s a Region Isolation Policy on the phone” when he learned that my phone was not bought in the USA region. Then with that said he immediately stopped providing help and walked away leaving me on the table while I was trying to figure out why it won’t work. As a customer it’s a terrible experience to leave the store with my problem unresolved.
The most ironic thing is when I got home I fixed the problem by just updating my phone to the latest version which the support staff could have asked and tried out when we were at the store! !
The entire conversation with the support staff was COLD and he seems like he didn’t want to be there AT ALL. This demonstration of the poor customer engagement and an unwillingness to assist customers is real according to other comments about this store.

Yesterday I purchased a new iPhone at this Apple Store and was planning to use the trade-in option. The employee assisting us evaluated my old phone, gave us a trade-in value, and we were already on the way to pay. Since the store was closing in an hour, she told us we could come back the next day to complete the trade-in — with the same value she had already given.
Today we returned, and suddenly they told us that my phone was worth nothing due to minor scratches on the lens. This directly contradicted what we were told the day before. When we explained the situation and asked to return the new phone since the trade-in promise was not honored, the staff simply walked away and ignored us.
This is completely unacceptable. We were misled, not respected, and left without any solution. Very disappointing experience for a company known for customer service.

What a horrible place they don’t let you return phones when you are in your 14 day window and the employee just left me hanging there after she was finished talking to other employees so don’t go to this people

I had a terrible experience at Apple well firstly it did start off decent with email a team member. He was very friendly, professional, and kind. Then I was passed off to Gigi who was helpful and she told me that I can come back to trade in my phone on Monday because the backup of my phone would take too long in the store and it was better to do it at home so that I could like get the transfer everything to the new phone well I did that and when I came in Monday for the trade to value my phone, they wouldn’t give me the full amount that I was promised on the original day that I was there. I asked if I needed a manager proof they said no, and there was no documentation on my experience. I tried to prove at length details about my experience that I have and then Gigi said she doesn’t recall the conversation which I don’t understand because I literally asked her and so I’m just very frustrated with the experience that I had at Apple and I definitely will not be coming back to this location and I think that they need to train their team members more thoroughly because they shouldn’t be promising customers things if that’s not what the customer is going to .

Went to the Apple Genius Bar for help with a new iPad mini that froze during data transfer. Jade quickly took care of the issue. Everyone was polite and friendly.

Great CX. I had an appointment at the Genius Bar, was seen promptly by a knowledgeable and very thoughtful tech rep, Zohrab, received expert advice that led me to an informed decision to replace rather than repair my old MacBook. I’m super happy with the new laptop top selection.

What has happened to Apple? I’ve been with Apple since 1999 & used to love it and this store. Now the experience feels like a Macdonald, hurried, no one truly listens, everyone is working with numerous customers and pushing self serve. If I wanted all that I would have gone with a different product years ago. I abhor coming into this store! It is exemplary of all those terrible MacDonald type experiences. A tremendous waste of precious time, and awful customer experience. I had three people mansplain to me today. It isn’t that I don’t understand it’s that I cannot keep taking off of work and spending time there despite having appointments. Yet everybody had to explain to me why it should all be self serve and all the “courtesy policies“ . It was exasperating. If Apple can’t offer data migration as a service rather than a begrudging imposition then why pay Apple prices and for this displeasure.Three visits and 5 days to buy and data transfer last time. This time exactly the same!!! If you’re able do everything electronically do and avoid this frustrating experience despite the lovely, alluring products. A nightmare shop & experience.!!!!

I went to the store. No one was available to help me or answer my questions. I had to leave without buying the phone I needed. Terrible service. 👎🏻
