We recently renovated our home and Arhaus had many items that added to the beauty and comfort of our new surroundings. Design consultant Linda Billiris made the process easy and her suggestions helped us to make quick decisions. Arhaus from start to finish is a quality company with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I waited over 3 months to get my order. My granite top on the dining set came broken. I overheard the delivery guys talking about something damaged, but when I asked them, they said everything was fine. I didn't noticed anything in the moment but that night when sat on the table noticed the cracks on both sides. Thankfully I was able to get them on camera talking about the cracks but one of them, an Arhaus employee told the others to not say anything and install it like that. I came to the local store with that recording and spoke to David, the manager. He assured me a new piece was coming. 2 deliveries later and the tops continue to be broken and worse condition. I also ordered 2 swivel chairs, and after you seat a couple of times they are all wrinkled. My disappointment is beyond limit as I dreamed about this set for a long time but I am tired of dealing with this issue every time. I paid a lot of money and it is not worth it. I would have spent a third less in any other place and get better quality. Nobody has reached out to me, just an email with rescheduling instructions. Is this really the customer service you provide for such expensive furniture?

It's overpriced for the quality. We bought a couch, a rug, and an armchair less than a year ago for about 13k. The rug started pilling immediately, and there is no way to stop it from happening... It's the fabric. The couch lost most of its foam firmness within a month, and the fabric is stretched and wrinkled where people sit. The armchair is the only thing that's held up, but that's probably because no one uses it. The warranty, also a joke, they won't replace any of it. So we paid for some special extra warranty for nothing.

Delivery driver at 9:16 am on June 10th. Driver turned right off of Car Road into a residential neighborhood and the second to the right lane did not signal over and then immediately turned blew the horn. He goes up his middle finger stops his car and throws it up again. If someone is representing your name they should know how to behave. Furthermore, they should know the safety of driving a truck that could’ve caused easily a 34 car pallet. We all make mistakes driving but stopping to throw your middle finger up when you are in the wrong it’s absolutely asinine. He represents this company and it will make one not want to deal with sad company because of his Behavior

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. My bed was delivered damaged not once, but twice. The dresser also arrived damaged, and only a few weeks after I placed my order, I was informed that it was no longer available. Additionally, the bar stool I ordered was the wrong size. I was promised a credit for the dresser that I refused on the first order, but I never received it.
To make matters worse, when I was contacted to reschedule delivery for the damaged items, I was told I owed additional money, which made no sense. Throughout this entire process, I’ve had to speak with multiple representatives, and each one gave me different information. I was constantly transferred between departments, having to repeat my situation every time. After spending so much money, I’ve never experienced such poor service from a furniture company.

Disappointed with Quality and Service
I purchased a dining table and server from this store back in December 2014, spending close to 15,000, trusting the brand's reputation as a high-end furniture provider. The items were delivered in February, and within just two days, the dining table turned out to be shaky and unstable.
I immediately reported the issue and even visited the store again on 15th April 2025 to follow up in person. To my surprise, customer service insisted (after nearly two months of delay) that I provide photos and a video just to send a technician. That’s not the kind of service you'd expect after spending this kind of money.
In contrast, when I bought furniture from El Dedro and faced a minor issue, their team responded and resolved it within a week — no drama, no runaround.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed — both with the product quality and the poor post-sales service. I do not feel the purchase was worth it, and I definitely won’t be recommending this brand to others.

I have been considering becoming a member after buying a couple of items before. I was excited to visit the store just to walk in and look around and not have a single employee approach me. They were all standing talking to each other at a counter desk and did not acknowledge a single person walking in the store. Very disappointed with the brand and will be shopping elsewhere.

Save your money yeah it’s pretty furniture but you’re gonna have to wait way beyond what they say at purchase, At least six months to get even a pillow. Hurry up and wait. Hurry up and wait. Everybody’s so nice “I’m so sorry” on a reel every time I call….! I’m done. I’m over it. Just send me the damn furniture.

Place was nice and had a lot of furniture me and my boyfriend were interested in as we’re looking for a new couch, as we we were looking around a tall older lady working there was talking to us like we couldn’t afford anything and very rude. we left even though the furniture is very beautiful, it doesn’t feel very great to be treated that way when shopping for 2000+ couches.

I recently moved to Central Florida and decided to visit Arhaus in Tampa to furnish my new home. Robin did an amazing job helping me pick out furniture for my living and dining rooms. She listened to me, asked great questions and her suggestions were spot on with my tastes. Since then, we have communicated about other pieces and the follow up has been fantastic, not just from her, but from everyone I have been in contact with. I am very happy with the quality, value and service I received from Robin and this entire team and highly recommend Arhaus in Tampa.
