I had an amazing experience with Nathalie at AT&T. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She didn’t just try to sell us something, she truly listened to what we needed and worked hard to find the best possible options for us. Had problems with AT&T customer service over the phone . Decided to stop by this location to see if any one could assist. When I walked in I was greeted instantly by Shawn and he asked if we needed any help. I was on the phone with AT&T for over 2 hours for an issue that Shawn fixed within 5 mins. I really really appreciate your kind customer service. I’ll be back .

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the charges on my account, which are significantly higher than what I was initially promised. When I signed up for your services at Costco, I was given a specific rate, but my recent bills show that I am being charged more than the agreed-upon price.
I feel misled and scammed, as I trusted your company to honor the price you advertised or offered. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain. I expect AT&T to rectify this immediately by adjusting my billing to reflect the price I was originally quoted.
Please look into this matter and provide a prompt resolution. If this issue is not addressed, I may have to explore other options to ensure I'm not being taken advantage of as a loyal customer.

Best experience ever the general manger jay is the best sales representative there is this is the top At&T store I would definitely recommend coming here to get your service. Not only is he amazing at what he do but he took his time and made sure that everything is good before I left even gave me a discount and a gift card forever grateful keep up the great work Jay.
