Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars from my experience. We paid the phones and they still locked, we have to call customer service to unlocked my phone which is already paid and I cannot go to another phone company. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!

So incredibly rude and unprofessional in there. I went in for a simple, plastic shield replacement that is under warranty. Two men sitting there doing nothing, not one customer in the building, and neither could be bothered to help me. They couldn't find my account (I have been with ATT for many years) so they told me to call 611 and have one mailed to me. Drove to the Westshore location and my cover was replaced in less than 10 minutes by a very friendly manager.

DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THIS STORE!
I bought my iPhone 15 Pro from this store less than a year ago. There were no issues in that transaction other than the predictable rigmarole that accompanies such purchases. Meanwhile, my phone charger that was sold to me along with my phone has malfunctioned (died, dead!). When I contacted the store, I was informed that the charger is only guaranteed for 15 days. In other words, if my charger would have died on day 16, I would have been out of luck, as I am now. The AT&T store clerk confirmed this. I was also informed that ALL accessories are only guaranteed for 15 days--meaning (usually) anything and everything one finds displayed on AT&T's accessory wall.
The issue here is not the money, for the most part (although, I would appreciate equipment that last at least a year). The issue is customer satisfaction: dependability and its attendant convenience. I am due to leave town shortly, and suddenly am prioritizing the immediate procurement of a phone charger.
Therefore, unless you have the extra time and money to replace must-have items/accessories for your cell phone, DO NOT BUY THEM FROM THIS STORE!
