I cannot say enough amazing things about ARTUR he was exceptional. English is not even his first language, and he was able to explain the details of my account, my plan and the technology issue I was having. His supervisor Pablo was equally as fabulous ! Four dollars monthly to boot!! If there were 10 stars to give, I would give it!

I don’t like to give this review but I came here put my daughters father name to be seen for cell phone problems and we felt discriminated by the employees because a white couple came last and immediately attended them while we were waiting for them to call us. Once I told the employee the injustice they’re doing he didn’t want to look me in the eyes and he kept talking over me which I think is disrespectful. When I spoke to him he tell me I hear you Never experienced this sadly situation in my life. Omg

OMG Vangi and Michael are the best! We had a terrible time getting phones thru Target. Vangi and Michael took time to help us with a smile considering! We love them, their knowledge, skillsets, years of experience, skillets, and service friendly attitudes has sold us! We added internet only because how much we like them. Please reward them both, they deserve high recognition as it's hard to find good employees like them so show appreciation with a monetary and time off bonus!!! Thank you for making us a happy customer 🙏🤗

Poor customer service. I walked in the store and although the techs were with customers I was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED!! I sat patiently and waited and still nothing. I walked out. Horrible!!!!

I came in for a new phone upgrade and for a billing issue. Management and the sales rep gave extraordinary service. Answered all my questions and tried to fully resolve the billing issues (they couldn’t only because the window of time was too large—customer service has to handle that once over 90 days). I am now upgraded to an Apple 16 Pro and the transition went smoothly. What a great team.

My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Mike and Artur at AT&T in Tampa! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcome and took the time to understand both of our needs. Mike helped us compare plans, ensuring we got the best deal for our family, while Artur expertly set up our new phones and made sure everything transferred perfectly. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we left happy and fully set up. Their teamwork and customer service were top-notch. We couldn’t be more satisfied—highly recommend visiting Mike and Artur for a truly exceptional experience!

When you enter this business and are never acknowledged or even looked at by the staff, secondly, to then sit and wait 15 minutes again with no one paying any attention to you, then it's time to find another cellphone provider.
Great job training your employees whomever the store manager is there.

Absolutely stellar performance by Mr Michael Schultz, Assistant Manager who helped to address a billing issue that was successfully resolved in another state.
Mr Schultz went above and beyond to accomplish what seemed impossible.
Kudos to him and his staff at this store. I highly recommend them.

The manager Mike is an absolute genius. I went to this store because I was dealing with trouble at Best Buy, and Mike had solved my issue in absolutely no time at all and was extremely knowledgeable!
