I called the customer service and asked about a new phone number and phone device. When I told her I will think about it and get back, she gave no response and shut the phone directly!!

Could not solve any of our issues
Could not answer our questions correctly
And could not direct us properly with our questions
Have been a customer sense it was cellular one
This is unacceptable
The store had no accessories or repair capabilities needed that we came here for

AT&T customer for over 20 years
The representative at this store:
Could not solve any of our issues
Could not answer any of our questions effectively
The ones he did answer were wrong and resulted in additional headaches for us
The store did not have the accessories needed for any other devices that I had.
Terrible experience on every single level
I would add pictures, but unfortunately, my phone is still broken. Thank you AT&T.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I have tried this store 2x. Sebastian is the rudest sales representative I've ever experienced with AT&T. He doesn't listen and to keep from saying really bad words! DON'T BOTHER AT THIS STORE!

We went to this location and have to say the customer service was excellent.
Kevin went far and beyond assisting us to set up our 4 cellphone accounts.
Guided us through the process and explained everything with detail. As consumers you can always tell when the person selling you a service or product is knowledgeable or not and in Kevin's case, he definitely was.
It was a pleasure doing business with Kevin and I am sure the rest of the staff are excellent professionals also.
The managers at this location please take note because you have some great employees.
We will definitely go back for any future purchases.

If I could give a 0 I would. When I walked in all the employees were just sitting around on their phones. I came to the store to figure out why my data was running so slow and to my surprise, I find out I don’t have the 55+ unlimited planned I signed up for. In fact I don’t have an unlimited plan at all and if I want to change it to the plan I’m supposed to have it will raise my bill up $15. I explained my situation to the sales person Sebastian and he was no help at all. In fact he seemed as if he didn’t want to service me at. His eyes were red, no eye contact and was very dismissive. Once he was done talking he just walked away as if I wasn’t sitting there. It’s almost like, as soon as AT&T gets your service they either try to take advance of senior citizens or they just don’t give care about you as a customer at all. After being lied to and dismissed like I’m not even human, I will be disconnecting my service and no longer doing business with them. 55+ please beware.
