i have been an AT&T customer for 27 years. i went out to the store to receive a new line and phone from Nina - i was met with horrible customer service and shady sales tactics to try to force me to sign up with random programs and other promotions. if you’re going to this store by choice, make sure you don’t have nina help you

I’m a new customer.. I came from Verizon Wireless after 5 years where CS WAS AWESOME ONLY REASON I LEFT THE BILLING AND COVERING…the professional service was ok here there is always a long wait!!!! the staff are always slow to approach u have to guess who is next in line because customers are standing all over the place

Our group recently took advantage of a new connection deal from AT&T, and as part of the upgrade, I needed to return my old phone to the AT&T Store. When I arrived, I was assisted by Carlos from AT&T customer service, who made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Carlos was knowledgeable and walked me through each step, ensuring the phone return was completed without any issues. He was patient, attentive, and answered all my questions about the return process, which really put me at ease.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at the AT&T Store, thanks to Carlos and his excellent customer service.
