I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and quickly shown a table to wait for someone to help me. This person that did help me came in less than five minutes. She was very helpful with me up trading in my iPhone for a new one and explaining my new plan and the next steps.

We came to the store because we were disappointed with T-mobile. We spoke with Jhojansel, and he was an absolute pleasure and educated about all the devices and things we would be paying. We decided to switch and are happy we did it.

I went to the At & T on E Fowler Ave, and a worker there name Martin was absolutely incredible to work with! He was able to put me on a new plan, give me discounts to help better the plan and inform me of new bonus At & T provide. If you ever visit The At&T on Fowler ask for him!

Thanks to Martin, I had a wonderful experience transferring all 6 of my lines from T-Mobile to AT&T today. I highly recommend taking advantage of their fair prices and outstanding customer service. They really took their time explaining the entire process to me.

So I understand if you’re not an authorized user on the account no info can be given, however instead of stating “it’ll take customer service however long it takes to put you on the account” when it literally could’ve just did it on line in 2 minutes. Customer service was rude maybe it was because the Asian guy didn’t want to service a return. However I have let the account holder and corporate know the extent of how rudely I was treated, as we’ve been customers with ATT SINCE IT WAS CINGULAR, and changing providers.

Anthony at the Tampa Carrollwood store was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about a complex account issue with upgrades and phone number assignments. He did a great job resolving this situation, he should be commended.
