This is a horrible location for service. I just found out that the store set me up with insurance for each phone but never putting me on a family plan so they could earn a commission. I called AT&t who let me know they did this to earn extra money off me. So for two years I was being over charged.

Refused to help me with a trade in, said I had to mail it back which is not the case, they simply did not want to do it. Left and another store processed my trade in, waste of time, not helpful.

Serifs was by far the best and most informative representative. He was knowledgeable and shared his support with a smile. He greeted each and every single guest that walked through those doors. He was attentive to everyone yet made me feel as a customer his focus was on my issue. I will not go to any other store. He has the best customer service i’ve gotten to see and i am beyond happy to call myself a at&t customer because i have Serigo as my rep.

My mom was visiting from out of town and needed a data upgrade- she went to this store and had her data upped. She also agreed to auto pay bill charge because it saved money. BUUUT they added phone insurance WITHOUT her consent for an Additional cost!!! Pretty sneaky considering if she didn't check her e statement the salesperson RECOMMENDED then she wouldn't have known about this extra charge. If this person makes commission off these things - AWFUL. I don't believe this was a mistake ....Giving a 2 star because the AT AND T customer service over the phone corrected it easily. But just feel my mom got duped purposely and it puts a bad taste in my mouth as this was my home store

Recently switched my entire family plan from Verizon and connection has been bad. Dropped calls and daily connectivity issues trying to stream music, it's Tampa Bay highly populated this shouldn't be an issue.

Do not get AT&T!!! I pay $300. A month for service and I have almost zero service! They don’t have cell phone towers!!! The only one I can call is AT&T to complain! They want me to pay $299 for a cell phone booster! That comes out of my money! I have been with then for 6 years! They used to have great service but I guess Verizon and T-Mobil own the towers! Trash ?️

I don’t understand why this store has taken so many stars? The service is terrible, it’s like I borrowed money from them on the phone! Disgusting service, I came a thousand times, they write down the number incorrectly, they don’t even deign to call and warn, then you come again and again , you lose 3-4 hours in their store! I do not advise you to go there.
