Just went to the store to help my son with his phone and the young kid was absolutely horrible!!! They would rather play on their games and talk on their phones then help. Granted, he’s probably new, but you could say that rather than say, I don’t know what to do. You can go somewhere else. I definitely will never visit the store again. I work in customer service and if that’s how you treat customers that’s exactly why my phone plan will always remain through Verizon

No courtesy to even offer customer to sit and discuss. Representative looked disinterested in serving the customer.

Custom service was bottom tier. Both people who helped clearly didn’t want to be there and couldn’t have been less enthusiastic to answer questions.

Do not go to this contracted location because the staff is incompetent. I visited to get my phone app to show on my homescreen and the manager downloaded an app the screwed up my entire system including contacts. Now, I get no notifications of text message snd cannot forward the. The previous Managr had the best customer service. The current one just talk entirely too much just to hear himself talk and without truly helping the customer resolve their issues. Please go to the location about 5 miles west of this location for great representatives. This one needs to be closed immediately

I had a wonderful experience yesterday I went with a broken phone and frustration and left extremely happy and satisfied with a new phone ! The staff was amazing Sergio is super friendly and very helpful and Julian was super helpful as well and knowledgeable about what I could and couldn’t do and even tried to help save my old number !! The manager Luis was nice as well , it was nice talking to the whole team and having so much help along the way, will return only to this store if I need help again:) !

Sergio sucks I only had to go in there to pay my prepaid bill and didn’t make him any commission money. He acted like he didn’t know Help me had an attitude

Sergio and Julian were so helpful! They signed me up for first net and the benefits are awesome. Luis the manager is also a sweetheart. Made the process so easy!

I want to leave a review for a gentleman by the name of eric that works for the ATT on bruce be downs tampa, florida.i really hope ATT realizes Eric to be a smart amazing Employee,!!! Thank you is a small word for such great help and service that i got from Eric..I am happy to be with ATT for 28 years from Christa:) life is not easy!!! but people like Eric make it a good day.
