WORST customer service ever I ordered a part yesterday confirmed my part was ready for pick up when I got there I waited 30 mins to get told my part is not even in the store!

Great savings, friendly and helpful staff, BUT ohhh my god, one of the slowest places to check out from.At best during peak times, with three customer counter reps working, you might get lucky and be in and out in 20 minutes.But easily expect to wait standing for 30 minutes +.

The line of the customers is so long that they’re way outside the store! The amount of employees in this store need to be increased! The waiting time to get to a cashier is way too long! It took me about two hours just staying on the line!!!
