Our sales person had an attitude from the moment we met. We chose to go to Brandon Nissan for one specific vehicle we found on their website showing as available. We were paying cash and looking to buy that day and told them so. Sam, the sale person, was more concern on trying to automatically switch us to another vehicle and when we asked for the specific one, we drove there to see, it was one excuse after another. I asked directly do you have the vehicle we are interested in or not? Sam response was maybe you should have called to confirm that we have it in stock. Really.. blame the customer when you posted a car you no longer had. Kept saying it shows as in inventory but he couldn't find the key. Then his manager tried to get involved and try to get us to check out other vehicles.... Manager actually said our cars automatically update to our website when we get them in..... pretty dumb response. I mentioned that makes no sense since a PERSON needs enter vehicle information and the pics.... then he fumbled over whatever he tried to say from there. I left by saying obviously we wasted out time, and we will never buy any vehicles from here. What a waste of time going to Brandon Nissan to buy a car was.

Bait and switch (asked for AWD , and the vehicle they wanted to get us into was Front Wheel Drive ) (of course they got us a good deal ) but we wanted to look at 1 more option.
Salesman was good
Held our keys hostage (typical)
Finance Manager wreaked of booze at 1 in the afternoon on a Sunday. Must have over did the wine at communion.
Went across the street for a better customer service experience.
If you notice the reviews , they will only acknowledge the 5 star reviews vs making it right. ( Integrity)

Ronald was the sales guy who approached us when we pulled in. I found and decided on my car I wanted within an hour and he gave me all the info I needed. He knew answers to all my questions and never said I don’t know like other sales people from other dealerships. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had

PS: My advice for consumers car shopping is to just call the dealership beforehand and ask the total price of the vehicle with tag transfer/title/fees etc. That way, you'll have realistic expectations of what you'll be paying outright or financing. That helps a lot for a smooth buying process. The sales team will help you get to the right price. Take the time, make the call, and do your full HW. That helped me!

Purchased a nissan titan from them early January 2025. No complaints from sales got a decent deal. Biggest issue truck windshield had a cracked they said they would repair. It's been over a month and they can get it repaired or someone to schedule a repair. They promised to fix it during the sale but once you leave the lot they don't care. Should have left the truck there.

While the sales advisor Hamzah is absolutely amazing, this place is a dump! I’ve been going there for years and the service waiting area is disgusting.. honestly nothing has been touched in this place for years.. everything is so dirty, to be honest you don’t even want to sit in the waiting area. Considering the money this place makes on servicing and repairs, they don’t seem to give a crap about their customers!

Typical dealership. Where they advertise a used car at $17,700 and when you show up to see and attempt to buy the vehicle, they do the old bait and switch. And tell you no that car $23,700. Would have given them 2 stars. But the attitude the sales manager gave me when he walked off because I told him i was set on $17,700 +tax and tags. Was unacceptable.

Be warned, not honest. We were driving by and saw this 2021 used NV200 . We were looking to pay cash for a used mini cargo van for my hubby’s work vehicle. The picture attached is what we found online for the very vehicle we just pulled away from them talking about. There was no price on the vehicle when we stopped. We asked about the price multiple times. Finally dealer and finance guy or sales manager (unsure which he was) finally come back with a 27k total trying to make it sound like a deal with discounts to 24k. And if I wanted to trade another vehicle would be x to finance. They didn’t listen at all as we were not interested in financing, nor interested in paying that much and they showed exactly how sleazy of a business practice they run by jacking up the price. Wow, disappointed how they tried to take advantage and glad we walked away. Be warned!

Deceptive pricing online. Online price: 13,999 we asked for a Cash price... The sales person came back and stated the lowest they would be able to go cash out the door would be $17,500. Then leaving, 3 other sales people are behind a window inside maybe thinking they can't be seen pointing at our vehicle and mocking another lady who was having a hard time pulling out. I work in sales... successfully... I wouldn't pull this crap on my clients. Just a warning to others, call for pricing prior to wasting time.
