Took my car in for the first time the other day. I went in for an oil change, but I noticed that it was leaking oil. They looked at it promptly and they told me all It was was a loose oil filter and they fixed it. Nice to find a company that is honest. I'll be coming back a long time customer.. I highly recommend them 5 star. FYI if anybody has a Range Rover or a Land Rover They work on them as well. That's what brought me to them.

Service was prompt, efficient, and excellent! Jessie processed my request, quick and easy! Awesome group of guys! Waiting area was nicely decorated with WiFi so I could continue my work day as they worked. And my ride was so smooth after they changed out my old angry wheel bearing. 10/10 would recommend!

I usually don't write reviews, but they are very profesional, organized, and fast. They sent me a list of what the car needed to be fix and I decided what I want them to do. No surprises, they are clear about the prices. They were very nice, thank you for everything.

Had a great experience getting a quick oil change. Was in and out in 2 hours thanks to Mike. They did my breaks and replaced the cabin filter the time before I was there and did a great job too. Will definitely keep using them.

I highly recommend AutoWorks of Tampa! I’ve been bringing my VW GTI to this shop for almost two years for everything from oil changes to unexpected repairs. The work and customer service is top tier! Michael Burke is the best service advisor. He takes the time to explain every issue and cost. He’s always accommodating with my schedule and need for a ride or loaner. Always going above and beyond for his customers! Debra is also impressive with her customer service skills and knowledge. Super helpful! I’m so glad I found a great, reliable shop.

I thought about making this long reviews explaining my experience, im gling to some everything up. Everyone from debra, jim and heck even the owner bob everyone over ar auto works of tampa or God sent. We had some issues with the warranty company but debra haf my back. Jim he did an awesome job on the work to my vehicle. Even down to ther porter everyone is professional nice and they do great work. 10 out of 10 i will be returning for my basics services needs. Being a veteran its really hard to trust people but auto works has your best i interest.

Auto Works are liars and theives.!Do not! Take your car there! They are the worst car repair shop I have ever done business with. I took my daughters car there because it was runing poorly and the check engine light was on.I also told them that the a/c was'nt blowing cold and the blower motor was making noise. He told me that her car warranty she had would cover the a/c blower and cover the parts needed to fix the a/c accept the high pressure hose that was leaking. And that she would have to pay for it. He wanted to charge her a crazy amount to replace it. I told him never mine about the a/c just fix everything else.When we went to pick it up the check engine light was still on and the a/c blower motor had'nt been replaced.He told that I did'nt tell him about the a/c blower motor.He also told me had put freon in the a/c and that it was blowing cold but, would only last for a couple of weeks or so.When I got in the car and turned on the a/c it was blowing hot air. He then told me that it had already ran out. At this point I just wanted to leave this place.A Few days later the check engine light is back on and the car is runnig poorly again. I went to the part store and bought some freon and put it in two days ago and the A/c is still blowing cold. I'm afraid to take it back now because I have no faith in them anymore.

I recently brought my Audi in for some oil-related issues, knowing that a full oil pan replacement might be necessary. Michael Burke provided detailed photos and a clear explanation of why the replacement was needed. He walked me through the entire repair process, breaking down the costs and ensuring there were no hidden fees. He kept me informed throughout and made sure I understood each charge. He and everyone I met treated me with kindness and respect.
Since picking up my car, it has been running even better, and I think they even addressed a loose piece underneath. I’m coming back to get my light fixed as well. I highly recommend this shop—everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful!
Also, not as important to some people but I was impressed by their waiting area. It was clean and had some great snacks.
