I love to shop autozone but lately they being slacking, this is my third time going to store to pick up a part and went get there wait in line for 30 minutes they tell me that they don't have the part, wild online said the got it, someone it's not doing their job right.

Rude employees, had to asked 4 different employees if they had a bathroom I could use before one of them spoke English. Another employee refused to sell me a strip of universal terminals that I buy all the time. I work for AAA and need to buy terminals my self, but she wouldn't sell them to me. Saying I need a commercial account. First time that has happened.

Matthew Johnson, the store manager runs a really good store here. Very professional. I needed help with my battery warranty and for some reason I wasn't in the system. They took care of me right away and honored my warranty. Him and Hector are good men.Thank you guys

I have been in many AutoZone stores and this one by far has the best customer service. The store manager Paola went above and beyond helping me locating a pressure switch that I need it. extremely knowledgeable and completely in charge of the store, while she was helping me, she was also answering the phone and answer questions from her staff. Your company need more people like her an absolute professional !!

I had a disappointing experience with this individual's service. They frequently did not answer the phone promptly, leaving me on hold for extended periods, which was frustrating. Additionally, I found their demeanor during our interactions to be rude and unprofessional. I spoke with Matt and Joel..Improved communication and courtesy would greatly benefit their store in the future! Wish I had better things to say.

If you have any questions or need help, DON'T wait in line for Alondra. She was unprofessional and was not well informed in helping you search for what you need. The only thing she can do is check you out so you better know exactly what you're getting. She was not finding what I needed (just engine air filter) so she had Ryan help instead. Ryan was able to assist.The phone line was ringing nonstop for at least 3min before someone answered. It does not seem very organized here.

Had a dead battery and came here! Angel, the manager, was incredibly helpful and funny! Very accommodating and efficient! Highly recommend coming here to get your car needs =)

Absolutely terrible experience. 40 people lined up waiting, it's been ten minutes and not a single person has been taken care of yet and I've now seen 8-10 employees just walking around doing nothing. Not carrying parts, not taking care of customers, and the one person I've gotten to try and speak to didn't even speak English whatsoever

I will forever remain loyal to AutoZone, especially this location! The employees here went above and beyond to assist me today. Melissa and Matt provided invaluable support in resolving my car battery issue, with Matt even going the extra mile to replace it for me. Moreover, there were two other young men who extended their assistance throughout the day. The First was Hispanic and wore a lip ring. He worked with me for over an hour between 2pm and 3 pm. He was troubleshooting my car and also giving a battery charge.The second young man, also Hispanic, stepped in at both 4 pm and 6:30 pm to offer his support. Regretfully, I don’t recall his name.So, because of the exceptional service I received today, I wanted give a shout out to this remarkable team. I have never encountered such a high level of commitment and willingness to help at any other establishment.Thank you!

A man named Bobby went the extra mile. The store was packed at the front and there were no associates available to install the battery I had purchased online. The lady at the frontdesk carried my battery out because it was so heavy and a fellow associate that usually works the warehouse was on his scheduled break. It was so hot outside even so, Bobby took time off of his break to install my battery in the blazing sun. Thank you AutoZone for working together to help me in a time of need.

I had called before I came to the place & was put on hold immediately I stayed on hold & continued to drive there..I got there & was still on hold it was over 10mins! So now I'm standing in line they only had 2 workers on register but it 5-7 workers jus walking aimlessly around out on the floor & it was 2-3 working within the shelves behind the counter granted I'm still on HOLD! So sum1 picks up the phone finally & jus hung me up without saying HELLO..I never had this type of service b4 there so idk wat that all had going on but EVERY1 NEEDS A REFRESHER COURSE..IN WORKING THE PHONES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! WHEN WHOEVER PICKED UP & HUNG UP with no Salutation I walked out! Dats y I rated a 1 star

This is by far the best auto parts store around. They have friendly customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable. They have the parts I need each time and it’s not a hassle to get it like other auto part stores.

I tried to get past the fact they sold me defective parts in the past but I’m done with this place. Prices are jacked up compared to ordering for store pickup which makes no sense. Some of the older guys that work here are knowledgeable but I dread when I need more than a quick check out with any other employees. Real quick to upsell but have no clue what they are doing.
