Came in not knowing exactly what I needed, and the man in there was extremely helpful. found me the part I needed and helped me install it. Gave me great advice and helped me out extremely only for the price of 4 screws. !!! Will be coming back.

After visiting other auto parts stores today, Autozone was by far the best! Akim was a life saver. He went above and beyond to help me, more than typical people would. He cleaned my corroded battery terminals and helped me pick out the best battery. Excellent customer service and so very kind. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone- you will not be disappointed!

The nice gentleman by the name of Miguel Jimenez went above and beyond to assist my sister and I with helping us change a flat tire in which me and her had no clue onto what we were doing, and although it was close to store closing hours he still took the time to help us put our spare tire on… I just wanted to take my time to express my gratitude to Miguel Jimenez and how thankful we are to have genuine, kind and caring people to provide the best customer service ever….Thank you Miguel ❤️

I had to get my battery in warranty replaced. Kid, Johnathan took care of it so well! Awesome job John. I’ve always had a good experience at this auto zone. Good and very professional staff.

Super cute guy at the front Nio was extremely helpful. He could see how stressed we were and he did everything in his capability to help us find what we needed. He called around to multiple other stores and made sure we didn’t leave until he found it. He made the process real easy, we paid in store and were able to pick it up at another location nearby. He has no idea how much he really helped us out!!

This is a review about Jonathan A, an excellent employee who saved me a lot of money and helped. My engine light went off, which is enough to make one's hair stand on end. I went to Autozone because the diagnostic machine and service is free -- nice! First time I ever heard anything was free. Well the machine said it was the battery (a great relief) so I bought one there for a fair price and Jonathan installed it for free and did such a good job and so clean and fast. I can't thank him enough. I will go to Autozone for other things. This is the Autozone on at 1775 W Hillsborouth Ave
