OH WOW AUTOZONE U NEED TO HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND BETTER TRAINING. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE THE FACE OF YOUR CORPORATE....I CALLED THE STORE TO SEE IF THEY HAVE MY BRAKES THE GUY ANSWER AND TOLD ME TO HOLD SO I DID 16 MINUTES LATER STILL NO ANSWER SO I HANGUP AND CALLED AGAIN AND SAME GUY ANSWERED WITH A BIG ATTITUDE TELLING ME I SAID HOLD THE LINE (IN A DEEP PISSEDOFF VOICE) I WAS LIKE WHAT DID JUST HAPPEND....SO I STAYED ON THE PHONE ABOUT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES THEN I DECIDED TO GO IN PERSON CUZ I HAVE A BUSINESS 3BLOCKS AWAY...SO WHEN I GOT IN THEY WERE NOT TAKING CARE ANY CUSTOMERS THEY ARE JUST TALKING TO EACHOTHERS THEN I HANGUP THE PHONE AGAIN AND CALLED JUST TO SEE WHAT WOULD THEY DO AND BELIVE IT OR NOT THE GUY ANSWERED AGAIN WIT AN ATTITUDE TELLING ME HOLD THE LINE THEN I SEE HIM PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN AND CONTINUE TALKING TO HES FRIENDS.....SO I JUST WALKED OUT.... THEY WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN....AUTOZONE U JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND U CAN BLAME UR EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION.....DO BETTER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICES BECAUSE IN MY STORE I ALWAYS TELL MY EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST.....

Thanks Autozone!!!Today I went to buy some liners for my car and some front Wipers, Andrés Barrera helped me coincidentally, he explained to me that he didn't know he was working because it was Sunday and that was his day off! He helped me with the installation and advice. I felt very well cared for and everyone was willing to help. What a great attention when there are many customers to serve and they are on break so they enter the Store and help the customers.

Andres went above and beyond to help me find the right parts, providing valuable insights and recommendations. No one in this store this morning could speak English I asked to have the code read for my check engine light. The person came out scanned. It went back in and printed out a piece of paper. Never told me what it was or what the parts would cost. Very sad that they would not take the opportunity to make a sale

I love this store ! :) During this week I went to have my van battery replaced , I was worried I would get stranded with my kids , and as soon as I walked in I was helped by the store associate Andres Bar , he nicely checked my battery and replaced it with a new one,he was very kind, fast,professional ,and knowledgeable, I went home very happy thanks to the outstanding help he provided . Amazing employee !!! :)

They just don’t care at all 4 employees on the front only one taking care of customers and when i ask if any other person can help me they just totally ignore me never seen anything like this HORRIBLE service

I had the pleasure of having Jose help me today. He helped me right away and got the right battery. He then made sure everyone in line was caught up and came out to install the battery. Great guy and worked so quickly. In and out in less than 15 minutes!!

Stuck with the wrong size, expensive wipers blades which were picked out by store staff. I bought these windshield wipers blades doing kindness for someone and walked in, giving the AutiZone employee the year, make, model, and trim level. The results after I was handed the supposed right blades was having to watch a young lady with three kids drive 6 hours home in a rain storm with blades that were worn out. Plus, almost $80 was lost after a second visit to get a refund ended in amnesia. . They have to have record considering the store employee added me to their system and got reward points or so i was told. . Anyone wants so windshield wipers blades?
