I took my car to check my battery. A worker who was very friendly at the time checked me and told me that the battery was good. Then the car turned off and the same person who checked the battery was busy at the time so another different employee told me that it was the battery that I had to buy a new one. I bought it, they put it in the car and the car started. But the next morning when I went to work it didn't work. It wasn't the battery, it was other damage. It wasn't my fault. They gave me a bad diagnosis and now I'm going to change it, whether they give me my money back or they change it for something else since I never used the battery. And the person who was there tells me that he won't change it for me with a mocking tone and saying that not even the manager would change it for me. Now they kept my battery that was good and made me buy one that I no longer need, so I wasted my time and my money and my battery, thank you

Everytime I have been to this autozone, I have been met with outstanding customer service. From the store manager to each and every employee. There must be something in the water in there.
Most recently Kelton went above and beyond to help me with my battery lead terminals being swapped on my Corolla. He has a genuine soul and positive attitude. Turned my whole Saturday around. Thank you!

Friendly staff, very helpful. I needed a new battery asap. Wille reserved the battery for me over the phone and when I came in Taylor installed it for me. I was in and out with my new battery within 15 or so minutes. Best pricing in town and free installation. I also bought a detailing product.

It was such a delightful experience working with Jay when I needed to bring my car in for a battery replacement. I was incredibly grateful that I had a warranty on the battery because, just one year later, the acid began to build up and my car refused to start. Jay truly made the entire process a joy. I must admit, I had my doubts about how things would turn out, but he not only provided us with a brand new battery, he also took the time to remove the old one and install the new one for us. This man's professionalism is truly commendable, and this level of service is something that will be remembered fondly.
