Went in to get a diagnostic test completed.
Employees told me, I couldn’t get one because my warning lights weren’t on, so as a result no codes would show up.
But, that’s besides the point. If the company states that they complete free diagnostics tests, why can’t a scan be completed. Obviously I came to the shop because I suspect something is wrong with my vehicle. How simple is it to have a code completed?!
Anyways I had to go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts to have it completed.

Billy at AutoZone is the best! I came in with a dead battery and some confusion about what was going on under the hood. Not only did he switch out my battery quickly, but he also took the time to fix another issue I didn’t even realize I had. He patiently explained everything, pointing out the different components under the hood and making sure I understood how things worked. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Billy, for your excellent service! He's also hilarious so that was great as well.

Great store, very clean and the people are helpful and friendly. Parts manager helped me today and he was super helpful, efficient, professional. Will be going back just because of him ! Great place to dump used oil as well.
