Debbie took her time and helped me. I was left with no load in my car at Walgreen's. She came and gave me a jump and my car started. I drove back to Autozone and she helped me. Great service from her. Thank you, Debbie.

I asked one of the employees if they had a scan tool that could register a new battery that I had installed in my car. He said that they didn't have anything like that. Then I see an employee walk in carrying a scan tool and I ask him and he said he'd have to check it and see if it could do the registration. The first guy that I asked then came over and asked if I had any other questions and I told him that the guy with the scanner said he check to see if it would do the registration. He then said that they weren't allowed to do anything other than a check engine light.
I've done quite a bit of business at this place, including buying the battery that I had just installed there. However, with that kind of customer service, I will never be back.

Despite me coming in 10 minutes before they closed Debbie D helped me find the part I was looking for with no hesitation. Iâm grateful to have such kind and hardworking people at a store I always find myself going to. She definitely deserves a raise or atleast some recognition from the company for her hard work

I went to the store today and it was pretty busy. Daniel, the commercial sales manager was busy and still helped me out with the part i needed for my vehicle. With his knowledge he was able to find the part. He installed it for me and i am very thankful that he helped me out today even though it was busy. Itâs always good to have a mechanic and someone that speaks spanish as well.

Terrible customer service. The guy with long hair, whose last name starts with âQ,â spent the entire time I was there speaking loudly in Spanish in Colombian accent on his AirPods in a personal conversation. I also speak Spanish, so I asked him for help with an item I needed. It seemed like I was bothering him; he took his time and ultimately couldnât really help since he was so busy in his personal conversation on his AirPods as if nothing happened. I ended up leaving and going to the store at Hillsborough and Hanley, where I received better service from someone who didnât use work hours for personal conversations while âhelpingâ customers.

San F. was very helpful identifying the right wiper blades for my truck and he installed them in just a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable of the different options I had and most professional in completing the sale.

The worst. The put you on hold and never come back to help you. In the store they dont leave the counter to help you find something. See photo over 20 mins on hold and no one comes back to check
