Had my annual eye checkup with Dr. Le yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased! She is incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable. The staff at Pearle Vision was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Dr. Le and the team at Pearle Vision for anyone in the area who needs an eye checkup or contacts/glasses. Great service from start to finish!

Gave these guys a shot for a couple of years, but the experience has been horrible.
The other day, arrived at my appointment to be told that "they, the mother company" had confirmed my appointment but did not reserve the slot so they needed to rebook me for another time.
This is on top of a constant attitude where anything that goes wrong it's "they, the corporate" and nothing can be done.
The attitude of the front desk is not something I want to deal with for sure.

I unfortunately bent my glasses. I've finally decided to go in to see if anyone can help me and this nice gentleman named Brandon helped me out. Was able to adjust them quickly and I even made an appointment for my yearly check up. I'd recommend anyone to Pearl vision and definitely must go in to talk to Brandon who's real down to earth but very professional and knowledgeable. One week later I take everything back! Won't be coming here. I don't have a problem with Brenden the manager because he was indeed professional, nice and patient. When I went today to my appointment just for an exam, I was greeted by the rudest receptionist (young girl, brown hair) who seemed irritated was going to pay $10 copay for a vision exam and $0 for contacts per my plan and the receptionist told me another amount that was circled on my benefits plan sheet. She told me I had to do a retinal screening and it was mandatory. I have never been told it was mandatory and she kept pointing to her dollar amount she circled on the page as if I was dumb and couldn't see it and I was like please can you check and the other girl there also said the same thing. They both made me feel as I was an inconvenience to them. I canceled my appointment and walked out. Then realized I didn't get their names so I call back and the rude young girl answers, I ask her for her name and she was hesitate and gave me a name of Aynna she placed me on hold while I was still talking and never told me she was putting me on hold. The other girl Stephanie picked up and told me her supervisor was Brenden and that he was going to tell me the same thing she said. Listen , I'm not upset about having to pay but when I'm being asked that in a nasty ass way, ya I have a problem. So you know what...I'll take my business elsewhere that do have nice and professional employees and pay them that whatever mandatory exam or money I gotta pay then to deal with that shit again. It's funny to see another review here saying how they're doing to train their staff and still they're rude. Hire people that actual want to work. Just saw this review that was almost me! Look: This place is a scam. Went in for an annual exam which is covered by insurance. They take you through a process which you think is just a normal eye exam covered by your insurance. When it comes time for payment - they inform you that actually they did a 'retina test' as well....and by the way, you owe us money for that. A complete scam. Just be an honest company. It's not that difficult....

So. I ordered eyeglasses and paid for them on July 21. Today is August 19, 29 days later. No word on where my glasses are. No response to two phone calls (both of which went straight to voicemail). Guess I'll have to go to the store for my update. Looks like Pearle Vision is a franchise operation. If that's the case, this franchise location is not where you want to shop.

Everyone was wonderful from the minute I walked in the door to the physician that did my exam. Everything was explained to me before hand. I’m from out of state, but I would 100% come back to your location.
