I have been using B2 Carwash for a little over six months. Recently I had an incident with my vehicle that could've happened at any other carwash but I doubt very seriously it would've been handled as professionally and diligently as B2 handled it. I informed them of the issue when I got back to the office and within 24hours it was handled no questions asked. When I spoke to the owner he appreciated me bringing it to his attention because he knows our field gets busy and vs bringing it to his attention most just don't return as customers so he often doesn't know if improvements are needed. That stuck with me because he is a small business and feedback good or bad is necessary to achieve top notch service. So here is my feed back...they really do a phenomenal job however if an issue is to arise Rob is more than willing to make it right. Thank you, B2.

Wonderful! super easy to get an appointment, and they did an amazing job on my car that had been sitting for months and was covered in mildew. My car is brand new! I will certainly use this service again?

Had my car clay barred and waxed, don't think either was done!!! Just looked good when picked it up, a week later the water won't even bead.
