Great place to shop. I wanted a recliner that was a little wider, and being disabled, had the ability to stand. I got both in a beautiful brown leather chair. I've had one problem with the actual foot recliner. I'm scheduled to have it assessed. If they can fix it, they will. If not they replace it with a new one. ? My preferred outcome, then I can get the extended warranty I thought it already had.I'll let you know how the repair and cleaning go, after January 8th.

Do not buy any furniture from Badcock as its furniture coverage is a joke. It does not cover anything related to fabric even though we purchased the fabric protection. So when the fabric on your couch becomes unraveled after less than 2 years, you will be told that's considered a manufacturers defect and not covered. We will never buy anything from Badcock again.

Badcock no longer does in-house financing, and those reasonable payments I loved so much are long gone. Basically, they’re Rent-A-Center. I’ve been with Badcock since moving to FL over 13 years ago and they gave me a line of credit. Over the years, I purchased numerous items from here and have always been happy with the quality of the furniture and monthly payment amount. I recently treated myself to a new LRM set from here and was told they now go through a financing company, and I’d have to reapply. Wasn’t too pumped about that, but OK. I assumed things would be similar, as I was given the exact same amount of credit with my new application, and proceeded with my purchase. Shame on me…I now know it is NOT the same, and instead of one reasonable monthly payment, I am now paying $90 PER WEEK for 2 COUCHES. Cheap couches, too! I’m sitting on a car note!! Not only that, my weekly payments weren’t even making a dent in the amount owed. When I noticed my payoff amount was not decreasing in accordance to the weekly payment amount, I called to inquire . My original purchase amount including tax was $2,400 and after paying $360/ month for 4 months, I’m being told I still have a balance of $2,000 due to “finance charges”. Also, If you don’t pay in full within 90 days, or whatever the time frame is, your amount will more than double. My amount due went from $2000 to $5,350 after the “finance charges” were applied. In the past, I paid $60 per month for a whole BRM set, so this was a huge shock and hit to my pockets. When I went back to see what my options were, the guy kinda gave me the “idk, sorry” face and suggested I sell the couches on Craigslist. Hate to say it, but it’s a “never again” for me and Badcock. This was not a good move for them. DO NOT subject yourself to these outrageous prices and policies for mediocre furniture, go to Rooms to Go and pay $30/month for 5 years, interest free. Trust me…I threw my RTG couch away and replaced it with these POS and I’m mad every day lol. Learn from my mistake.

If I could give them a negative review I would.y mother has done business with this company for years. They recently changed from in house financing to now having the clients or in a credit application. My mother purchased a bedroom set for 1500.00. she was directed to a kiosk to apply for an account with America first finance. This company is a leasing company, like Aaron's, buddy bi-rite, no one informed my mom she would be leasing furniture. After six months my mother paid over 2k to this company and expects her to pay 6k for a 1500 dollar bedroom set. The leasing company will cancel the contract but only if Badcock will take the furniture back, which is how a lease works. Badcock however will not take the furniture back which makes it impossible to enforce cancelling a contract from the client side. No one explained to my mother that she was getting into a lease and no one at Badcock will take the furniture back. This is bad practices for Badcock, they primarily sell furniture to black people in predominantly black areas and now they made an agreement with a lease company but they refuse to uphold their responsibility in accepting furniture back in order to cancel the predatory lease that Badcock pushed you to. The changed business practices without thorough explanation is unacceptable and should not be okay. Please be cautious doing business with them, go to the store with your elderly family members, and do not let them continue this horrible practice.

I have credit on Badcock for years but they changed the financial company on that company you pay 3 time of the product you buying for example I try to get a living room set the cost is the 3000 I need to pay to the new financial company 12000 on 24 month is a lot of money
