I had a genuinely great experience at Banana Republic thanks to Annie. I came in looking for a pair of khakis but was a little overwhelmed by all the different styles they had. Annie took the time to walk me through the variations and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her patience and knowledge really made my shopping trip a lot easier, and I left feeling confident about my purchase. Definitely a five-star experience!

This shop at the mall is very organized, with men's and women's casual clothes, casual jackets, bath robes, jewelry and hats. Compared to the other mall venues, I found one sale rack of jeans. I also noticed a very wrinkled shirt and wonder if this is a purposeful fashion statement.

Just awful, and online system scams you. Such a shame, BR used to be my favorite store. You call customer service and chat with an employee and they are all useless. No issue resolved- where is my refund? They take the product back- but fail to provide you with the money back. Scammers.

I’ve been a long time Banana Republic shopper but am disappointed by this location. The sales girls on the floor were sweet but the older blonde manager was pushy and down right rude.

I went today (11/18) and the two women working today around 1 pm were my favorite! I went to multiple stores, including Nordstrom, to look for a graduation dress and the women here were the most helpful, kind, and involved of any of the people I came across throughout the day. They made me feel really good about my choice and hyped me up. I wanted to give them a good review so they get some recognition.

This store was horrible. I just walked in and someone asked me if I needed anything and I said I was browsing. Then that employee pointed to me talking to another employer saying Mexican Spanish speaker. Another employee approached speaking to me in Spanish. I spoke in English and because I had an accent in which I am not a Spanish speaker this happened. My grandaughter was with me and was shocked and upset. It was disappointing.

I went in here as a young woman looking for a suit for a future interview, I definitely was not dressed in any kind of fancy clothing and not one employee greeted me or asked if i needed help, I would try to approach an employee and they would avoid me. I noticed they were talking and greeting other patrons older. Very judgmental employees, I bought my suit elsewhere.

The manager's here helped me a few months ago purchase a men's suit and also assisted me previously with an exchange from the holidays. Recommend this store for men's wear.

Had a very rude experience (over the phone) with one of the managers working the floor today (August 21, 2023). Tried to get a price adjustment with a recent purchase, and she couldn't bring up the receipt on her end, even when I had all of the receipt details on hand. She talked all over me and even shouted at me. She kept saying that it was impossible, so I had to show her exactly what to do and was able to find the receipt for her. She was very incompetent or maybe was having a bad day, but that's no excuse since YOU'RE THE MANAGER.Ultimately, the issue was resolved, and she calmed down.

I had such an amazing experience in BR today! The customer service was outstanding and I was called by name multiple times. The two sweet girls I worked with helped me pick out outfits and were just fun and honest in sharing the way things looked. Thank you to the BR staff for bringing back customer service, which I thought was a thing of the past!!

We Tried returning an online purchase here, we were told these items are factory and we can’t return them.After 10 mins of one employee trying to help with a return label the manager comes over to help. She makes sure to say you’re welcome before we could say thanks for nothing. We drove from st pete to return these items. 1-1/2 hours for nothing. And then deal with a rude so called manager.Never again!!! Save your money and shop at a real store

This is some of the best customer service i’ve received at a high end store. The stylist Girlanda (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was so helpful with finding me an outfit for my graduate school interview and kept bringing me tons of options and was very sweet overall. This was my first time at Banana and i’ll be sure to come back.
