Today I needed to go for a mandatory free check up I had at Banfield a check up for a cat I adopted almost 3 weeks ago. The highlight of my visit was Nicole the vets assistant. She was sweet, understanding, caring and kind. the Vet. not so much. He didn’t even bother to introduce himself to me. Maybe because I had a visit free coupon from St. Francis whom I adopted the senior cat from. Of course he tried to upsell me which financially I wasn’t equipped for at this time.i found him to be melda toast. The only highlight to the visit was sweet Nicole. The receptionist Jennifer seemed rather put out by my questions between grooming and the store. Sorry I’ve never been there before and didn’t know it works. Banfield I could take you or leave you and I decided to leave you. Petsmart y’all were awesome The grooming department took me right away. John was great the cashier was most helpful. I’ll be back for PetSmart.

Dr. Glowicki said, “I’ve got some good news.” (You won’t believe this.)When was the last time you paid less than you were quoted...anywhere?We’ve been taking our two schnauzers, Daisy, and Gatsby, to Banfield for years now. Daisy was due for her teeth cleaning, included in our wellness plan $0, and needed a tooth extracted. Both required anesthesia so we decided to get them done at the same time. We were quoted $950 for a tooth extraction. Usually, when you get a quote for something, no matter where you are, the final bill comes and it’s 10%-15% higher, not lower.Dr. Glowicki called me today and said, “I’ve got some good news.” She said Daisy’s tooth extraction was already complete and because it ran so smoothly and took less time, my final bill only came out to be $731.95 instead of the $950 they quoted me. Can you believe that?A big, big, thank you to Dr. Glowicki, Leslie, and Ivee, who helped with Daisy’s teeth cleaning, anesthesia, and tooth extraction today. My little Daisy is home and healthy again and now I’ve got an extra $220 bucks (minus a few lamb chops) because someone was honest and ran a business with integrity. This type of thing builds customer loyalty, in most cases, for life. It sure did for us.I’m sure this kind of thing could happen more often, but never does. I run a business myself and treat my customers this same way. Maybe it’s good Karma coming back around, who knows?If only every veterinarian, doctor, car mechanic, lawyer, landlord, and other business owners treated people with such honesty and integrity, the world would be a much better place. Took my pet here for a teeth cleaning and the doctor and team was amazing. My pet is a nervous guy and when he came home his teeth were so much improved and he was so relaxed. They were so patient with him and very informative. I will be back here every time!

I had a great experience today. They got me in on the same day for my sick pet. My cat loved them! The team were all so welcoming and great!The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable.

My experience today was amazing! The team was very friendly and took very good care of my pet. My pet is usually very shy and nervous when it comes to the vet but with them she did great. I am very happy with the overall experience!

What a great Banfield experience! I have taken my pets to a few different Banfield places. This particular place was spectacular. The front desk crew was amazing, organized, and polite. The techs and vets were knowledgeable and thorough!

My puppy Nala had her first visit here at Banfield pet hospital! The Staff were very welcoming and loving towards my baby Nala!I want to thank Anthony, Jessica and the Vet who answered all my questions and made this experience great! Thank you for all you do, looking forward to the next visit!

I always go to Hillsborough location but happen to be closer to this location today to get my dog's prescription food, and Jessica from banfield refused to print out her prescription. Not sure what her issue was but I left irritated and went to the Hillsborough location where they did print out my prescription and I was able to get my little girls food. Apparently Jessica must of looked at the wrong file and didn't even pull up my dogs info, she just jumped the gun with the first coco that came up (she never asked me the breed of dog just her first name) then immediately denied it and walked away. I will not return to this location for any services and Jessica should leave her job if she's not happy there, how can someone be so rude when you're just trying to help your fur baby.

Got my appointment canceled twice. I understand things happen, but getting a vet appointment for my dog's wellness shouldn't be this overwhelming. Sadly, I will look elsewhere.
