I'm still sitting waiting for you
They took care of me and I've been here for 2 hours, there is no system to control customer service, all the offices doing nothing. The only person who is attentive to the client is not here “Margarita”. The rest are good for nothing, they pass in front of the customer pretending that they are busy and the line does not move. The truth is, prepare to waste the day waiting🥲. Please don't play with people's time. Put in a system that's worth it. From the moment you arrive they are telling you that it will be more than 2 hours of waiting. Luck

Husband went to go cash a check and they deposited instead. Making the funds not available til after the weekend. Poor service. They couldn’t reverse it.

I received really good service when I went here today. It's a little bit confusing knowing where you have to wait so be sure to ask if you aren't sure or you could be possibly wait a long time in a long line. That wasn't my case but I saw it happen. Other than that, great service. They speak spanish and english, so that's a plus.
Editing review lowering the rating since they couldn't help me with an issue (after visiting this and another branch amd calling customer service twice as well, only to be told contradictory information). The same issue was solved in 15 minutes when I gave Chase a try.

They take a long time to serve customers, you can easily waste your day waiting to be served, in fact, when an employee of the place tells you, you should sit and wait, a representative is going to serve you, and you see that the customers already present are not move up the line, that translates to "We're going to resolve your request, but today, you're going to dedicate your day to us," and I think customers' time is respected, minutes in the United States of America, could become positive or negative balance of your account. Luck.

Bad customer service I've been waiting for an hour and a half to open a bank account with my son. Seems to me other people are being seen before us and we were here before them.
