After seeing others reviews, it makes sense that I had issues. Latoya? Latias? Whatever her name is, was incredibly disrespectful to my wife when we needed to make a business transaction on our account. I will be moving all my banking needs for both my business as well as my personal finances from BOA because of her blatant and racist disrespectful nature towards my family.

Bank of America's customer service getting worse day after day. Only one cashier on duty while the management evidently doesn't care about the customers waiting in line.

Kari was outstanding all the way around. She provided smart, quick solutions for me and my business situation. She also gave me the opportunity to make an appointment to come in and discuss some additional strategies that could solve or simply my business banking.

Extremely slow ...The tellers were making small talk as numerous people waited... My elderly mother had to wait well past her 1 pm appointment time..appointment. The staff was rude and pompous.

A huge thank you to Joeth, one of the bankers here. He went above and beyond in service helping me to fix my problem, even staying past working hours till we found a solution. His patience, determination, and willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

Literally the slowest bank ever. Stood here for 15 mins, one other customer, dozens of employees doing nothing. They have to do better. People don't have all day. This is my lunch hour and I still need lunch. Doesn't help hours are 10-4

I went to this branch back on august 2022 with 5 checks to deposit and they gave me a receipt for the full amount of the 5 checks but when I got home and checked bank account they only deposited 3checks in my bank account .So I went back to talk to them about it and apparently they lost the 2 checks and they can’t find them. Because the teller only scanned 3 checks can’t find it on the system.We are in January of 2023 and they haven’t solved the problem.

Worst Customer Service- Business Accounts take your money Somewhere else- waited nearly 1 hour to open Business Account and at the end She Said oh I don’t have time- Lady Stop Talking like you don’t have a husband and get to work. Heard her whole life story while I waited to be rejected.

First time at this branch (and last time), to make a simple deposit which took twenty minutes. There were three teller stations and only two tellers were working. There were approximately eight people in line. The manager was standing around with a tablet in her hand. I asked her if she had any more tellers and she said," I have two tellers". Well that was quite obvious! Any responsible manager that wants to provide an excellent customer service experience would have gotten behind the teller window and opened up the third window. Not at this branch!

I scheduled a 12:30 appt Friday April 1 to simply add my new husband to my checking and savings account. We told Vennell my husband had a meeting to get back to work for. 30 agonizing minutes later, with multiple interruptions from other employees, and Vennell constantly distractedly looking around, he couldn't figure out how to complete this simple task. Nonetheless, he promised he had everything he needed and that he would call me when the task was completed. Guess what? The task was never completed, he never called, I have e-mailed him and attempted to call the bank FIVE times and no one ever answers the phone there. At this point, I'll just close my accounts and take my business to Wells Fargo where my husband banks. Worst customer service I've ever seen - run.

They let someone come in and clean out my savings account and I don’t even live in Florida. Shady stuff here.
