I had a really awful experience at this bank location while trying to handle a wire transfer service. When I approached the counter, the male staff member I didn't see his name and simply told me to wait, suggesting I could handle the transaction on the bank's mobile app to save time. But if I could do it myself on the app, why did I bother coming to the bank in the first place?What frustrated me even more was that he attended to every customer who arrived after me and treated me with a noticeably different attitude (possibly due to my Asian ethnicity). He also failed to inform his colleagues about the specific service I needed, leaving me waiting one hour until Beverly finally came to assist me.This experience left me extremely dissatisfied, and I will never come back this location.

Do yourself a favor and just go to another location. Beverly was rude and unprofessional. She greeted me with, “Why are you making me do a hard thing today”, yet she completed the task for under 1 minute. And then kept saying how I was making her do things because I asked if I could change my name since I was already there (the app wants me to do it in person). I ended up not changing my name yet because of how rude she was. Never coming back to this location. The WORST banking experience I’ve had in my entire life.

Poor attitudes and very unprofessional! Ranea Munroe is the reason I chose to close my account and end my business with Bank of America the woman is very rude so I ended up being rude back.. oh well their competitors can get my business now

Walked in with no one inside and had one teller sitting working on the computer and one standing looking like she was free. I walked up to the teller who was standing and we made eye contact. First of all, she didn’t greet me or anything, which is fine. Then not speak a word, she pointed her finger at a sign on the counter saying "Next Teller Please" and asked me: "can you see/read this." It took me a second to realize and I was like, really? You can't even say it? There is clearly only the two tellers who are on station, and obviously the other one is busy typing. So I asked politely, since there’s only the two of you, should I go to the other teller who is currently working at the moment? Then, she pointed at an empty station and told me to stand there and wait, then answered my question "No, there’s one more teller who is supposed to be here but he is not at the moment. He will assist you when he returns." Therefore, the sign doesn’t mean anything.Honestly, I understand I came 5 minutes before you got off, and I expected to have eyes rolling. But really? Instead of, hi what can I help you today or say someone will be with you shortly. A simple phrase will just do, but instead of pointing at the sign and not saying anything. After I stood at the empty station and waited for the teller who could assist me, you end up saying you’re lucky you caught us before we closed that door. This is definitely not something a customer should hear.I am giving an extra star to the other lady teller who was sitting and the gentleman who assisted me. The lady teller heard the conversation and insisted on assisting. The gentleman was very customer friendly and took the time to assist me. I have been a loyal customer of BOA, and this is the worst experience I’ve experienced so far in the Tampa Area. Drive 10 mins further north and get better customer service where you get treated like a customer.

If I could but 0 stars I would very bad costumer services they don't have experience in their job Plus they don't have enough employee and the don't appreciate their clients if you wanna waste your day you can just go there

I have gone to this bank for so long and have loved it up until my experience today. My teller seemed rather annoyed at my bill amount, despite me dividing it the best I could, and continued to make comments throughout the transaction. One particularly about “wet” bills that I was completely fine with not depositing as I had not noticed them, but she still put some through the counter and it jammed it. She then proceeded to tell me “ I had to leave” about 3 times while my deposit was at her desk and that now that counter could not be used for the rest of the day, but then retrieved the stuck bills making it work again. After reading through other reviews, I confirmed that it was the branch manager with whom I did my transaction with today, and quite honestly I left feeling extremely embarrassed after the transaction.As a restaurant/bar worker, normally my money is made in smaller bills (1s,5s, etc)Counter credit is the fastest and safest way to go. I have usually had no issue with depositing large amounts of small bills, and a lovely lady and gentleman have usually helped me in the past, but today I saw that my deposits were obviously an issue. If you work in hospitality I would suggest not going to this branch, but instead sitting at the ATM for a prolonged period of time to deposit your money, as that is what I will likely be doing from here on out.

The branch manager, Beverly, is extremely rude and has very poor customer service skills. I was making my weekly deposits to my employees today and she refused to give me a receipt for the deposits I made because ‘it would show their account balances’. When I asked why I couldn’t get a receipt as deposit confirmation without showing the individual’s account balance, Beverly claimed it was a new bank policy to not give a receipt if it is not your own personal account, even though I made a deposit at B of A into another employee’s account yesterday and was given a receipt showing only the amount I deposited. I usually go to my local branch in Cross Creek, Tampa, FL and have never been told I couldn’t get a receipt as proof of deposit confirmation (&they NEVER show a balance of my employees’ accounts). The fact that Beverly didn’t want to provide me a recipe wasn’t even the biggest issue, it was the poor attitude and rude tone in which she relayed this information to me. From the beginning of my transaction, Beverly treated me like I was committing a crime for depositing a CHECK from my business’s Bank of America account into my employees’ B of A accounts.Bank of America needs to reevaluate who they have in their leadership positions. As I’ve read previous reviews about this branch, it’s very clear that Beverly has an issue with treating customers with basic courtesy.

I was at this bank of of America Amberly drive tampa location at 1:24 pm on 4/13/22 to deposit money in my business account, $1, $5 and $20 bills. Black lady and a guy name Ludovit told me never bring 1s, 5s bills here and again next time. We accept only large bills only. They were making fun of me. You can check your bank cameras at that time. It’s very disgusting and ridiculous. Hope Bank of America officials take action on this two employees.

Be aware for bad slow customer service.They should have training for customer service and math. We dont like a Bank of America because of this location people.

Absolutely no customer service, Branch Manager is rude and wasted my 45 mins just to say She cant certify or stamp any statements. It would be nice if she has listened carefully and said affront.
